right? Basically put anything that you have more than one of above things you don't. So if you have many whips, have that higher than your single Dark Bow. Your single items will be moving around much more, especially if you use them a lot. So it's best they are at the bottom. They won't shift anything higher up so you'll know where at least most of your stuff are.

Depends on what you use a lot.
it's one thing to have an organised bank, it's another thing to have a bank organised so it helps you save time.
I keep my pking gear right at the top so it's easy to get alongside runes and food.
Then I have potions since I use them a hell of a lot.
Herbs and herb seeds next since I'm used to doing a lot of herblore.
Etc. etc.
Think about what you use the most (excluding items you only have one of, since putting them back each time is annoying) and put them in order, high up in the bank.

This is how I do it...
Money, jems, food, foodish things, runes, runeish things, seeds, seedish things, herbs, herbish things, quest stuff, molds/ores, bars, arrows, arrowish stuff, cloths, Junk/stuff I have to sell.
