Chase wordlessly slipped into the driver's seat. "Buckle up, everyone. We're going home," he said, starting the car once avain. Next to him, Cherry was muttering and shaking. She seemed just about ready to snap again, if her glowing hands were any indication.

Leo used his hand to find Sasha. "Are you okay? Did you get hurt?" he asked, running his free hand along the limbs that were nearest him in order to find any blood on her but he didn't find anything. He breathed a sigh of relief when he didn't find any wounds on her so far. "Chase what's going on, why are you so quiet?"

Chase said nothing even when the car pulled into the garage and stopped the car so everyone can go back to the apartment. He sort of wished he could just become cheerful again, just so things could be a little more normal, but was it possible at this point? How many crazy days in a row are they going to have before things finally settle down or one of them snaps? It was already too much for his sister, it seemed.

Leo never liked silence even on the best of days, but this one made him nervous. Something was wrong and Leo could feel it in his bones. He hoped Chase would be able to to help Cherry. "Sasha...?" he said softly, shaking her arm very gently as the car came to a stop, unsure if she was passed out or just being very quiet.

"Hm?" was all that came out as Sasha turned her attention toward Leo. "What's wrong?" She prepared to leave the car and help her brother and Leo to the apartment. She noticed the two of them had bullet wounds, which she knew should get treated right away.

From the sound of it Sasha had just woken up, he didn't want to worry her right away. "Oh...nothing don't worry about it." he said softly, taking her arm and walking toward the door of the apartment. "Is Cherry okay?" he asked Chase as he settled into the small home and tried to stay out of the way.

Chase saw his sister hurry to the apartment, presumably to go to their room to calm down. "I don't think so. She's really unstable right now," he answered. "It's kinda starting to spread to me. Probably a twin thing, I dunno. Excuse me." With that, he quickly left to join his sister.

Leo heard the bedroom door close and found the coffee table to sit on. "Are you okay Sasha? Your not hurt or anything are you?" he asked, hoping he could find a way to bandage his arm. He suspected his ear must look pretty deformed with a hole in the side of it but Leo tried not to think too much about that."Do you remember what happened?"

Sasha had located some ointment and bandage just in time to return to Leo and see his questions. "I'm not hurt. Well, I do have a bit of a headache, but it's nothing serious," she said as she applied some ointment to Leo's bullet wounds. "I remember most of what happened, but I've been unconscious by the end of it. Cherry and I just decided to go eat at the restaurant that Sam worked at, but some gunmen showed up out of nowhere. I don't remember what they wanted, but they demanded cash and for anyone to tell them about any weirdos around." She laughed a bit, remembering how some of the customers giggled at how the men described the weirdos. "By weirdos, they were talking about people with super powers. Kinda like you, Cherry, and Chase. I guess Cherry took an offense to that, and one of the gunmen actually planned to shoot her. That was when she snapped and set the whole building on fire. It was so scary."

Now there were people after them?? How could this situation get any worse? If he had known he would have brought Sasha and the others into his problems he would have kept his distance. Leo gave a hiss of pain when Sasha tried to mend his wounds, the ointment stung his raw flesh and it was cold too. "Be careful." he said softly, flinching slightly at her touch. Being shot in real life was nothing like being shot in the movies. Leo knew he needed to think of something to keep everyone safe but it seemed the only two options were to camp out in the hospital with Asher or to move in with the organization without talking to Asher about it first. Both were unsatisfactory options.

Sasha tried to be as gentle as possible with treating her friend. "Better?" she asked before beginning to wrap the wounds. "It's probably strange of me to say this, but I kinda find all of this exciting. It's certainly more entertaining than the monotonous and peaceful life we lived before, though I might end up eating my words soon." She wanted to be optimistic, for one.

Leo whimpered slightly at the wrapping. "N-No....but that isn't your fault. I've never been shot before." he said softly as he felt the sticky blood between his fingers. "I'll go wash this off." he said softly as he stood up and listened to Sasha. "Don't think that way." he said softly as he dried his hands off. "Chase, Cherry, Sam, Me and even you....we all almost died today. I'd take monotonous and peaceful over being shot any day."

"Maybe so. I wonder why this all happened now, of all times," Sasha said as she got to work on her brother, who had fallen asleep. "I have a feeling this will only escalate, but we're already tired. Leo, I'm surprised you didn't break down like Chase and Cherry did."

Leo touched his ear but found that it wasn't bleeding that much, which was a good thing. "Different way of coping I suppose..." he said softly. "I got scared and left the car after Chase told me to stay. When I felt the heat I remembered the fire that our parents died in." Leo looked toward Sasha for a brief moment. "Something happened.....for a while I was able to see." he was still trying to figure out what happened in his brain to make him able to see. "When I was able to see everything, I knew I needed to help. So I got Chase out of the building...." Leo looked back down at the floor. "But when Sam woke up and told me what the gunmen looked like...I put my hand on his arm to see if I would have a vision about what happened.....my sight was taken from me again after that."

Sasha certainly wasn't expecting that. "You were able to see?" she asked, now closely examining Leo's eyes. They still looked red as they ever were. "How was that possible? I thought burned eyes would be damaged beyond all repair... Maybe something triggered your sight? And did you somehow learn to activate your vision by touching someone?" She was still rather shocked about her friend somehow regaining his sight, but what was even more strange was that he apparently learned how to look into people's memories. Leo had never mentioned that before.
