mewrose "The anomolies?" Anise was trying to figure out what was happened, and thought aloud as she tried to piece things together. "You mean the pokemon he was breeding for food, that mutated?" Wait, if he had two pokemon as companions, why couldn't they hunt or gather food? Not important right now. "So it wasn't caused by inbreeding? What was the cause then? Or how did he study them?"
"We only came to him after the agitation appeared." The shinx's brow furrowed. "The best he described it was a disease... that prayed on the anomalies because they were weaker. The Celebi did not think you would help if it did not show you what the future has become. The cure, take it back to your time. The Celebi's magic cannot hold out any longer, you have to--" The shinx became silent.
The environment shifted and wavered, making you sick to the stomach. Then, it refocused.
The first thing that came to you was the sound of angry pokemon. You then realized you were surrounded in the clearing with the broken crates. The vegetation around you was visibly more tame. They were the pokemon you had seen earlier, but were now clearly more aggressive from seeing your group in this area. They were trying to keep you from getting here, from finding the cure.
What were you supposed to do? Cure them? How could you possibly administer the cure to beings that wanted to rip you limb from limb?
(( AHHHHH. WE NEED A PLANNNN!!!
You're asking a Shinx about what a scientist found... don't expect it to know much. ))

The Shinx's words offered more questions then answers, and then it was gone. A few nauseating momenta later, and they were in the clearing again, but clearly at an earlier time. And there were angry pokemon all around them. Wonderful.
As she looked around (wishing Oki were conscious so she wouldn't feel so exposed, she said to the group, "I think we have to assume that bottle holds the cure, because we're low on time. We have several healers here, right? We ought to be able to administer the cure, but we ought to subdue the pokemon first. If anyone has pokemon that could put the wild pokemon to sleep or paralyze them, you might want to start there."

Interacting with: Others/Shinx (OMG SO AWESOME!!)
Cara listened to the Shinx, holding the winded Spirit close, her heart breaking at it and it's human's plight. So it was all an accident. A tragic accident and they were sent to help. Well, she was determined to do her best. "It had to be some sort of...mutated disease or plague that the Pokemon's weakened immune systems couldn't protect them against that effected their brains..." She concurred with the Shinx, and went to continue speaking but suddenly every thing faded and then cleared, showing the aggressive Pokemon. "Oooooh dear.." She looked around. "We must have slipped back in time or Celebi was shrouding us from them and it's power gave out." She said, realizing that the Pokemon they had met so far, weren't all that menacing.
Spirit immediately shook off her exhaustion and climbed out of Cara's arms, hovering in front of her human to protect her. She glared warningly at the wild, menacing Pokemon before them.
"Uhhh...I suggest we all group together in a circle if we are to stay alive. The one with The Cure should stay in the middle...we need to protect it." She proposed. They needed a plan.

Magnolia reflexively took shelter under the shadow of an adult, peeking with a jitter at the angry, approaching Pokemon. Her head quirked up to the one offered plan to subdue them. "H-Hypnosis . . . " she pipped up with, glancing down to Rho. "Rho . . . Rho can use Hypnosis. Will that work? Will it?"
We're going to die, Rho reasoned, seemingly fine with the ending he dubbed as inevitable. I lived a good life, I guess.

The Shinx was using the power of Celebi to talk? That made much more sense then an electric type having psychic powers. Michelle didn't speak up again before they got transported back in time and were surrounded. She hugged Remy as she looked around at the pokemon then frowned. "Well we need to do more then just protect the cure." She said the Cara. The blond looked back around the pokemon then stopped on the Torchic. Hearing Magnolia mention hypnosis made her grin, remembering that Remy can do that move. "Remy, try hypnosis on the Torchic!"
As soon as it was down she would give it the cure.

Lex frowned. Okay, he was tired of this crap. "Hollin, Grasswhistle."
The cottonee chirped, puffing up to look larger and let out a soothing soft lullaby like whistle at the flying pokemon above them. Flying pokemon, was going down.

Magnolia's eyes shot upward at the sound and sparkle of something metallic on one of the airborne Pokemon. Remembering the terrors of the Zubat from the Cave of Wonders, she pointed Rho in its direction and shouted, "T-There! Rho, use Hypnosis on it!"
As the Pokemon made a dive at the fourteen year old, Rho intercepted it and shot a beam of Hypnosis in its direction. Upon direct contact, the accessorized Zubat fluttered down to the ground; fast asleep and prime for applying the serum to.

  Fifi tried to pet the adorable Shinx, but the less-trusting Alastyn insisted on physically blocking her from doing so until the world shifted around them. "Eeep!" Fifi yelped. "Pooky, Hypnosis on, on, eep, that one!" she said, first overwhelmed by the glut of choices, then abruptly assisted by the angry lunge of one Rattata. She'd dose it as soon as the hypnotic flickering of Alastyn's flames subdued it. Pokemon [3] is down!

 "We're back!" Eros said excitedly to Vana. "We're back in our own time. At least, I think so...." But there was no time to think. They were surrounded by angry Pokémon. "The cure! Throw it at them, or something!" he yelped to the group at large, miming tossing the whole bottle at the horde. No one seemed eager to take his suggestion, and after a moment of nervous sulking the boy realized it was probably not the best method of applying the... whatever-it-was, in any case. As the others leapt into action, Eros spotted a Rattata he was sure he'd seen before, while gathering water. Remembering the suggestion someone had made for subduing angry humans, he pointed at the bewhiskered aggressor and called out to his Skitty. "Dido, Sing!" Dido sprang forward and unleashed a melodious lullaby of purrs and trills and mews. She sang rather fiercely, but quite effectively. The Rattata teetered for a moment, then sank snoring to the ground. Eros scrambled for a sample of the cure, then, not sure what else to do, sprinkled it over the Rattata's head. Pokémon [1] is down!

Gepardo frowned as he called out for Lilliputti, dropping down when a murkrow swoop down. "Secret Power!"
The Ditto-turned-Houndoom glowed, howling as her furcoat glowing pink before releasing a wave towards the murkrow. It dropped out of the sky and right on Geparod's head. "....Thank you." He sighed and administer the cure to the bird by dropping a few drops into its beak, before passing the bottle to the next person.

Fois shoved Valarie down to protect her from the pokemon flying over head. The girl fell down face first and clumsily stood up. The watcher saw that the other trainers were subduing the pokemon and give them a serum. Valarie quickly looked around her and spotted the houndour that caught her attention before.
"Hey... Fois, use hypnosis on that houndour!"
The hoothoot swiftly acted upon the command and sent the pokemon to sleep. Valarie rushed over with some of the cure and cluelessly rubbed it all over the sleeping houndour's face.
"Think that'll work Fois?"
The hoothoot offered what seems to be an attempt at a shrug.

Apparently Corbin's old age was catching up to him. He never got a chance to say or ask anything to the Shinx before suddenly he felt sick and then the scenery changed slightly. They were suddenly surround by the pokemon they had spotted earlier and people were trying to subdue them and administer a cure? He shook his head partly unable to keep up with the events of the day. This sure was a weird place. But he decided to help out. It was hard as Aaron didn't know any moves to paralyze or put a pokemon to sleep. However it seemed many other pokemon did and Aaron could copy that. "Aaron use Copycat!" He said.
Aaron nodded and focused on that Tepig from earlier. He caught how the Hoothoot use hypnosis and copied it to the best of his ability. The Tepig had started to charge but wobbled and then fell over fast asleep. Now someone could try to give it that cure.

Remmy heard what he had to do and he was going to do it! He look at Squeeks and squeeks nodded his head. Squeeks flew off of Remmy and let out a thunder shock at the zubat. The zubat fell to the floor and Remmy ran to it. He the sat on it and gave it the meds. "There that should do it" He said with a giggle.

Cara figured that the only way to administer the cure was to immobilize the Pokemon. She nodded, resolved to do what they needed to. She looked around and realized that around them were the Pokemon they had encountered on their journey so far, the ones on the ground anyway. "Ok Spirit, use Hyper Beam and knock it out."
Spirit nodded and powered up. The power of the Sun in the area was of course strong and aided in her powering up. She shot the beam at the Rattata, fully powered.
As soon as it was unconscious, Cara rushed over and quickly administered a bit of the Cure then passed it on to the next person.
