☽ Emma continued eating until the plate was clean. She set the plate down and glanced towards Herald who still seemed bugged about her meeting Matt. She kept thinking about why exactly that happened. "You alright?" she asked eventually, her ears pinned slightly as she spoke. ☾

Never Again...Herald was still working on his food and looked up to see Emma had finished fairly quickly. "I'm thinking about how you were able to run into Matt and how he existed here in the first place..." he said as he set his fork down. "Do you have any ideas...?" He asked, wanting to try and brainstorm about it. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma thought to herself "You said the realm if a manifestation to your will... maybe since we fought, you wanted to try and make things better in a way... I am not sure..." she said as she rested her arms and head on the table. "Or maybe you want to remember more..." she said, trying to name some possibilities. "A child usually represents innocence and things like that... maybe he could represent your heart..." ☾

Never Again...Herald listened to Emma's ideas as she spoke. He folded his arms and leaned back in his chair when she finished. "Innocence? My heart? I don't think so," he told her. "And I already remember all I care to...but your first theory may be on the right track. Perhaps the realm felt my desire to set things right between us and responded to it subconsciously by manifesting Matt to try and reach out to you and make you feel better?" Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma shrugged "He was scared of me at first. He warmed up to me pretty quickly though. Like I asked for his name and he originally didn't want to say it but he changed his mind rather quickly because he said I was pretty." she said with a small laugh. "I guess he was just acting like any other kid. He'd ask questions and also he just wanted someone to hang out with..." ☾

Yes, I think the best explanation is that the realm felt the negative emotions of our argument and attempted to express my....desire to set things right by reaching out to you again through manifesting Matt. It would explain why I couldn't feel his presence as he was a natural part of the realm..."Will I be bound in chains

Never Again...Herald shook his head. "Eric and Dara are people I know, and I was linked to Eric by necessity. But you. I love you. " He paused for a moment as he decided how to explain his answer to her next question. "I suppose it happened over time," he told her.
