BOOM BOOM BOOMAfter finishing a cup of coffee, the hellhound found himself at the booths again. On this ninth day of the event, he found himself at his daily visit to his regular booth - The Haters. Giving a nod to the two creatures tending to the table before commencing his first attempt.
Though not too bad, he was content with it. There were other attempts and there could be better results. Uru took a moment to contemplate, looking over the rules and the remaining prizes he hadn't claimed already.

chirigami Uru is a 7'1", built guy. Dressed in a sleeveless vest over a white dress shirt that had been rolled up to the biceps. Wearing shorts, he was certainly sporting a very casual outfit. Two black gloves hang out of his back pocket above his wolf-like tail, which matching ears. A right blue eye and a yellow left eye, he has a more pronounced brow giving a focused, deep expression as if in thought. Though, he does tend to appear innocent nevertheless. A black scarf hangs loosely around his neck and a hood-attachment. He bares a slight scar over his left eye.

BOOM BOOM BOOMThe candy had not sat well with Maple, affecting her mentally more than it probably should have which caused her to miss many days of the festival than she would have liked. She hated herself for holing herself up in her dorm room (with a few books), but it was the only possible way she could think of to make herself feel better. It was silly to over react like she had, but at least she was finally back within the booths and not sitting the rest of it out.
Maple went directly to the darts booth, having found the act of throwing and popping balloons to be nice and relaxing - and the Whack A Poof that AJ had mentioned still seemed to be down. She found herself standing next to a rather tall boil with wolf like features and occasionally spared a glance at him between throws ... there was a tiny little inkling of deja vu.

BOOM BOOM BOOM Uru picked up his second set of darts and attempted his second round. He was missing a lot more this day, but smiled at the fact that he did manage a positive score again. At this point, he didn't mind any score as long as it was above a 0. He felt defeat once before and it was not pleasureable and there was nothing to learn from that mistake.
The hellhound stood back, taking in his score and possible range of his final score being between nothing and eleven. Either would have been sufficient. The hair on the back of his neck tingled as his ear swiveled. Glancing out of the corner of his eye, Uru noted a little girl beside him always playing. Curious, he watched her play. She had gotten the same as he did.
He simply chuffed with a slight smile. Not bad. We could do better.

BOOM BOOM BOOM Each visit found Thackery with a bit less excitement and a substantial increase of dogged determination. He had to do it. He had to learn to miss those heartless balloons. It couldn't be that hard!

BOOM BOOM BOOMMolan had found himself wandering back to a booth he'd done... far too many times to count at that point. He idly picked up some darts, waiting his turn as a few others threw theirs before tossing his own. He hit a lot, well that was... good. If you ignored the fact he'd taken out two of the bad ones at the same time. Oh well. He'd still taken out almost all of the good balloons. Sadly he'd missed the three in a row bonus, but... well. Close enough.
He eyed the person who'd gone before him, tilting his head a bit. Not... the best at that. Still he hadn't gotten a much better score, but his aim was a little... low. Not that he was going to say anything of course.
Nothing Yet Hi. Your aim is just as bad as usual, ne? Continue on, getting excuse to try and gift a pet if I earn one today. /shot

BOOM BOOM BOOMMaple still couldn't help herself from stealing a few glances, but that all soon came to a stop once she noticed she had somehow caught his attention. The reaper could feel herself tense up with a wide blush spreading across her cheeks. Oh jack, what had she done?
The first thoughts crossing her mind weren't that he was just watching her place but that she had offended him somehow by watching him herself. Her mind went instantly to the worst case scenarios in an instant and she could only hope this wasn't going to go any worse.

BOOM BOOM BOOM The black-furred ears, accessorized by small clips of gold, flicked back and brows furrowed as he watched his score. '1'. Not bad, but what really got him was that he only landed a single hit. The man rolled his wrist, flicking it to get of absent clicks. Perhaps the coffee wasn't a good idea to have today. Overall, he was content, at least he had something to put into today's prize raffle.
Now that he was finished, he looked to the girl once more who decided to no longer steal glances at the taller male. A raised brow as if she was cowering beside him. Surely he was not that intimidating... but apparently so with a score resulting in a 'zero'.
It made him uncomfortable that he was making someone else uncomfortable.
"Bad day, too?" he asked, his voice deep and rough. He crossed his arms across his chest before pointing a thumb to her recent attempt.

BOOM BOOM BOOM"Aa!" She jumped. Her concentration shattered and all the thin ghoul could manage to hit were every single black balloon on the board. Oh. Well, of course that's how it would go down.
But she turned, her eyes wide as she looked up and up at the large boil next to her. "Y-yes, it... it .. is..." she replied really softly.

BOOM BOOM BOOM Eisheth still wasn't sure how she made it, but apparently the War strategy was much more efficient.
She tried to relax and calm herself down preparing for the next round, remembering what Shik taught her. She took a deep breath, and made sure her hand was soft with no tense disturbing it.

She breathed out, observing her targets being successfully hit. That's a Horseman for you!

Great, he distracted her. She hit all the negatives and, thus, getting the worst possible score per attempt. Rubbing the back of his head, ears pinned back, he looked on as she finished her game for the day. She even admitted to having a bad day! And this certainly did not make it any better for her. "Sorry..." he muttered toward her. Clearly she wasn't exactly comfortable around him. He did concern himself if his cold was affecting the situation. He had heard that students at the academy were used to the cold. "Didn't mean to distract you."

BOOM BOOM BOOMWell, his aim was good today. In a sense of managing to hit just about everything. He rolled the dart lightly in his fingers as he flung the last one, missing brilliantly. Well probably a good thing. It was closer to hitting a black balloon than a pink one. Still, his score was once again positive. Nothing too impressive, but in the green. He eyed the remaining ones and sighed. Right, all of one point.
Today wasn't nearly as good a day as yesterday. Still it wasn't too bad, he just needed to figure out... what he wanted. He eyed the prize booth momentarily before glancing at the other players. He was a bit curious how they'd do so... perhaps he'd see if any of them might be better off with getting a pet today. Random acts of kindness or something like that...
