delilah arrived at the beach and deeply inhaled. She started to walk toward the water and was pulling her white dress over her to reveal her bathing suit when she noticed a boy sitting under a tree. she walked over to him and smiled. "you look lonely. Need some company?" she said.

Eve walked up to the sandy beach. "Wow, it sure is beautiful.." Eve said in awe of how scenic the beach was. She glanced around briefly, then inhaled deeply. The ocean air was crisp and smelled salty.

Nero Njord The sea breeze seemed to swell in excitement as its ruler stepped along with it. "Yes, they're oh so comfortable and relaxing." Njord agreed softly, his jeans folded up to his knees and his hands in his pockets. "I simply love beaches."

Eve nodded her head, agreeing with Njord. "I can feel its relaxing aura." Eve sat down and took off her shoes and socks, revealing her toes. She stood back up and stepped into the sand. "Ah! It is so soft and.. Squishy?" Eve searched for a word to describe the sand.

Njord nodded. "That's a good word for it. Plush, sinkable, anything really." A though brought a smile to his face and he beckoned her to come to him. "Let's make a sand castle."

Eve smiled at the thought of sand being called plush. "Ah! A sand castle!? As in a castle built up of sand!?" Eve asked. She imagined a real life scale castle made up of entirely sand.

"Not entirely." Njord chuckled and curled his fingers up a few times, getting some of the sea water to float up to him. "Just a small scale, up to my waist, though you can make it gorgeous and beautiful like a real castle." he said and folded his jeans up to the knee, but it was difficult since they were skinny jeans.

"Oh." Eve blushed, embarrassed from her imagination. She looked at Njord and smiled as he rolled up his jeans.

The ancient god chuckled again at the girl's innocence and got to his knees, motioning for her to do the same. "We simply pile up the sand, dampen it, and try to make shapes out of it. Like this." He brushed his arms around him to pile up the sand next to him and made a nice big hill. The water he had floating around them rolled over and lightly rained down on the hill, turning the soft brown dark, then the god buried his hands in the wet sand and pat it into a thin rectangle. "We already have a wall."

"Oh! Like this?" Eve took some of the sand and made a slightly lop-sided cylindrical shaped corner to connect to another wall. "Uhm. It looks.. Lop-sided!" Eve pointed out.

Eve smiled at him. "This is fun! Yet very complicated!" Eve looked back at the castle in the making. She thought out various plans on making it non lop-sided, concentrating.

He smiled softly and continued building up his half of the wall.
'Oh that's real godly of you, making a sand castle. And in my body!' Nero griped.
'You haven't fixed that attitude of yours yet I see.'
'Of course not! And why are you still hanging out with her?' he groaned.
'I find it fun.'
'It's not your body, you can't make the deci - '
'Technically, it is.' This got Nero quiet.

Eve smiled back and then glanced back at the corner she had built. It needed to be reinforced. She shuffled backward on her knees, studying how she had made it. It needs more sand support on the lower left. Otherwise it will collapse! She thought to herself. So with this she patted on more sand.

It took about an hour, but the sand castle was built, and it was spectacular. "Very well done." Njord nodded in approval after taking a few steps to admire their work. "Have you done this before?"
