Character: Theodin Poe Technique Name: Medic’s Son Rank: E – S (S to learn) Type: Ninjutsu Element: Maruton/ Eiseijutsu Description: Theodin, being the son of Suna’s most skilled medical-nin, has grown up around eiseijutsu. Because of this he has a natural ability to understand medical techniques and can learn an extremely limited number of them. Essentially gives him an extremely watered down version of the medic sub-class. He’d receive no inherent reductions in learning medical jutsu, or receive any eiseijutsu slots. Any medical jutsu he’d want to learn would require a Library expansion atlas or encyclopedia or would use up Maruton/ general jutsu slots if available.

Medic's son is denied. As much as it makes sense with the character's bio, under no circumstances is someone outside of the medic class permitted to learn Eiseijutsu. We've had another person try this before. Chakra control is a clan attribute which is rarely given out on personal attributes. I feel that I cannot permit that to pass.
And as for Bjorn's weapons of the bear, a tamer attribute would cover either one or the other, and would require a second tamer attribute to successfully permit both.
Also, my apologies for the absence. Between work, moving and my home being flooded and experiencing gas leaks, I've rarely had the time to pop on just yet.
Character: Kaori Raigyo Technique Name: Rip it to Shreds Rank: C Type: Tamer attribute Element: N/A Description:I'm wanting to give Kaori retractable claws like that of a tiger. When they are retracted, Kaori's nails look like regular nails, but when she unsheaths them the claws are roughly 2-3 inches long, curved, and look and act just like tiger claws. They are capable of tearing flesh from bone, just like the average tiger's, and marginally increase Kaori's grip strength and grappling capability.

I want to get the first jutsu approved before I waste time with the other two.
Character: Katsuya Azuma Technique Name: Lightning Arms (I'm bad at naming jutsu) Rank: C-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Description:Katsuya's very first original jutsu that is the template for a good number of his other originals. Similar in concept to the suiton jutsu Hachi Shokushu [ Eight Tentacles ] it is, however, far more than that. This jutsu creates two pairs of arms made entirely out of electricity on Katsuya's upper back. The original length of these arms are about three feet each, however they can stretch for up to five meters in each direction at D-rank, able to stretch five meters farther for each rank higher used. This makes it ten yards at C-rank, fifteen at B-rank, etc. etc. The arms are in the shape of a three fingered clawed hand and most Raiton jutsu within reason can actually be used through them (for example Lightning Beam would work but not Cloud Shield), making Katsuya far more unpredictable in where his jutsu will actually come from than normal. The main uses of these arms are, however, as both Katsuya's ultimate offense and his ultimate defense. Depending on the rank of the jutsu used, he is able to use a single arm to block a projectile jutsu of the same rank (or in his case one rank above thanks to the Elementalist discipline and his personal). When it comes to offense the amount of damage done to someone grabbed by an arm (or multiple arms) is dependent on the rank of the technique used. This of course also determines the speed of the arms. • C-rank: Painful electric shocks and temporary loss of use of the limb grabbed touched. Limb unusable for two posts. Speed is above a genin but still below a chuunin. • B-rank: Fantastically large amount of pain and leaves the victim stunned for a post. Same rules of loss of limb usage in the C-rank version applies. Speed is equal to a chuunin. • A-rank: This is when things start getting lethal. If the victim is very weak to lightning specifically then they will be unconscious and on the brink of death, requiring medical attention. Otherwise the pain increases to ridiculous amounts and still leaves the victim unconscious, just not on the brink of death. Speed is equal to a Jounin. • S-rank: Death. This version is not used often because it means immediate death to anyone unless they get immediate medical treatment. Speed skyrockets up to that of a Sanin/Hokage. Note: Jutsu lasts for five posts after it is cast. On the fifth post half the original chakra cost may be given up to keep it active for another five posts so that the jutsu doesn't have to be activated again. The jutsu is originally traind as a B-rank technique.

Just like the original Shunshin Katsuya moves with such amazing speed he vanishes from sight. This Shunshin however is accompanied by a loud flash of lightning. This flash is loud enough to deafen anyone who is standing too close for two posts and bright enough to partially blind them for one.

The technique gives him the same speed and reflex increases as the lightning armor, plus anyone who touches him/ he touches while he is wearing the armor receives a strong shock of electricity from lightning arcing throughout the storm clouds. (enough to cause minor burns and possible local muscle spasms or numbness) unless Theodin chooses otherwise; this shock is able to travel up the water of suiton techniques to shock the user if the user is connected to the other end of the jutsu.

Character: Jack Harren Snipe Technique Name: [Chain] Contingency Rank: S (To Learn) // D (Cost to Use) Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique is truly only able to be used for modifying fuuinjutsu in specific ways.
Contingency What Contingency does is allow a user to create a fuin that has virtually any trigger desired, ranging from "Someone steps on this area" to "Anyone with thoughts of humping baby elephants atop the Hokage monument who enters here". If the trigger requirement is met, the Contingency immediately activates, setting off the jutsu that was set. In this case, any technique can be set to trigger, though the base cost of the technique must still be paid along with the cost of Contingency.
Chain Contingency A Chain Contingency occurs when a Contingency is set that activates more than one technique. Each one of the Chains may have different triggers, which can range from "anyone who scratches their buttocks while within the effects of the first Chain technique" to "Anyone who happens to swear loudly within the confines of the second, third, or fourth Chained techniques". While adding a Chain can be done at any time, whether at the time of the creation of the first Contingency or later, the costs are different, and listed below: Made at Time of First Contingency → Fifteen [15] CP per Chain, with an increase of ten [10] CP after the Third Chain, compounded. Additional Chain After Creation → Costs Double from Above
► Special Notes ◄ Some special notes on Contingencies. → If tattooed or etched onto a surface, the triggers are permanently placed. There is no upkeep cost, just as other Fuuin techniques, but chakra must be placed into the seals enough to pay for their original activations and upkeeps. In the case of it being a tattoo, unless another way is discovered to split the cost to someone else, the upkeep costs must come from the bearer of the tattoo. If it is on an item, a source of chakra must be found to sustain the effects after the original amount of chakra placed into it runs out. → Due to the nature of the Chained effects, there is no limit to the number of activations that occur at once. The restriction is that the requirements of the contingencies must always be met. → Contingencies can be altered after they have been set, but the cost for doing so is 1.5x the amount it took to set the contingency in the first place, including the cost of the new setting. → If viewer is a Sensor, the shinobi is able to see that there are triggers. At the time of creation, or at the behest of the original creator, the user may tie the fuuin to specific individuals, or leave the key as "open" so anyone can use it.

Character: Ryouichi Senju Technique Name: Mokuton: Life Cocoon Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Mokuton Description: Ryouichi will make a Cocoon of wood that surrounds a dead or near death person. This cocoon will feed healing chakra into the person over a time period of a real life week. The person in question must have been killed within the last five real life days. If the person is only near death it will take four real days rather than the full real life week. If the cocoon is opened early then the person inside will remain dead or near death.
Character: Ryouichi Senju Technique Name: Sage Art: Seal of a Thousand Trees Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Mokuton/Senjutsu Description: This seal allows Ryouichi to store natural chakra in a piece of wood that would be attached to his body. This piece of wood can only store up to Ryouichi's normal chakra allowance. Ie. If he has 1000 chakra, the piece of wood can store 1000 natural chakra. He can not access all of this at the same time as it would cause the petrification process to begin. Instead he must feed it into his body slowly to make sure this doesn't happen. If the piece of wood gets broken the natural chakra will dissipate into the air and not into Ryouichi's body unless he forces it too by the normal natural chakra absorbing process. All of the natural chakra for this seal must be absorbed via the normal natural chakra absorbing process of 80 natural chakra per post however via the use of Ryousei no jutsu it can absorb double the amount if Ryouichi isn't moving. If Ryouichi is moving it will be the normal 80 natural chakra per post.

Character: Shimo Nara Technique Name: Haisui Yami [ Draining Darkness ] Rank: A Type: Kekkei Genkai Element: Kageton Description:The user takes a moment to study the shadows of his opponents and allies of whoever they wish to perform the technique on. After doing so small strands will extend very small in size, towards the targets much like the shadow imitation technique. This one however will try to connect to their shadows and instead of controlling the targets it will connect the users shadow with the enemy or ally, causing theirs as well to be hazardous to themselves. This technique drains 50 chakra per post from the linked targets and into himself. This can affect multiple targets at once, costs A rank chakra to perform and B rank chakra to sustain. To break the link the victim must cause their shadow vanish completely or cause the user to break concentration. The user must focus on his target to release the seal, or if affecting more than 3 targets, must hold the seal.

Damien keeps a vial of Datura (( Angels Trumpet) seeds, following a small string of handsigns; Damien spits these powered seeds at the opponent. Angel Trumpet seeds are widely known for being extremely dangerous, the effects are dangerous which include:
• anticholinergic delirium - Complete inability to differentiate reality from fantasy • severe mydriasis - Dilated pupils resultant painful photophobia that can last several days. •

Figured I would make my own customs since I've had this character for a while.
We have a bunch of revival jutsu, all of which usually require great sacrifice to perform. I don't mind the near-death part, but actually being dead will require a lot more. If you're fine with just the near-death one being ok'd, then this first request is approved.
I'm not okay with the second one, based on how natural chakra works when not being actively controlled. If one doesn't actively control it, the natural chakra will quickly unbalance the individual, leading normally to petrification, and minimally to dissipation. So as is for now, I will deny it. (not saying that it wasn't creative, though!) ^_^ Perhaps a different augment can be found?
