A RIG is a Random Item Generator like the azreal's trickbox or Gee Boi turbo.
It's basically something that grants you a random item that's based on luck. Most people buy and play them to sell the items on the marketplace for an extremely inflated price.

yeah, many more. If you go to TekTek.org you can look at them all and what items were in each.
