I'm Jessy...
what got me into Diru: just random people talking about them, really piquing my interest. and so I tried to quickly find out what their music is like, online, but I didn't have the patience for that, so I decided to just forget about my CD buying rule, and buy their CD, without knowing any of the songs first.
The first time I listened to it, I wondered if I had made a mistake, but after that I loved it.
fav song: Higeki Ha Mabuta Wo Oroshita Yasashiki Utsu
fav album: Withering to death (the only album I have right now. I had planned on getting Marrow of a bone, but then I heard about Diru coming to Minnesota(at another guild), and now that's where my money's going.
fav members: Kyo and Shinya. I first liked only Kyo, but then *blam*... Shinya snuck up on me.

Hello. :3 I guess I started to listen to Dir En Grey because a lot of my friends are into J-rock, and pulled me in with them. >.>; Now, J-rock is a great deal of what I listen to. I really like their new album, The Marrow of a Bone. My favorite member is Kyo, he holds a special place in my heart. Oooh, and my favorite fruit is a kiwi~

I'll be 15 in less than a month (Hurrah).
I use google to check my spelling.
I've been into Dir en Grey for a number of years (I think ever since I got my computer).
Actually, I was looking through my brother's game magazines and stumbled upon an article of some rather feminine looking women.
The article had a letter from a Dir en Grey fan regarding the bashing of Dir en Grey in the magazine's earlier issues. The person sticking up for Diru was awsome, yet the person writing for the magazine was a complete jerk.
After reading that, I desided to look Dir en Grey up on the intarwebs.
And the rest is history.
My favorite song has to be either dead tree or Raison Detre and my favorite PV is a tie between embryo and Obscure.
I've yet to get an album but I would say that Withering to death would be my most loved one.
I don't have a favorite member, I love them all.
Of course Shin-shin and Tochi are a little bit more loved.
But only a little.

Have liked Dir en grey since 2003.
Love all the members but am a tiny bit
more fond of Kyo.
Some of my fav. songs are Obscure, Cage
Saku, Garden,aint afraid to die, and a few more.....
Only have sadly been to one Dir en grey concert
but hope to see them much much more.

Why I love Dir en grey: They sound like NO ONE ELSE, they're all SO talented, Kyo's lyrics are total genius, they're very in your face with their videos and imagery.
Favorite Member: Kyo. He scared me at first and I thought he was very unattractive. (This was like 5 years ago when I was first getting into them) But then I read lyrics translations and thought he was brilliant. I then started learning more about him and now think he is terribly attractive and he is my hero.
Favorite album: Marrow of a Bone (Vulgar comes second, then Gauze I suppose)
Favorite song: Obscure (I think Cage is their best, though they're all brilliant and perfect)
I've been into them for about 4 or 5 years
I've seen Dir en grey live 4 times. I save up all the time for them. I was lucky to see them in LA on showcase and then Albuquerque, NM for Family Values and then Denver and Tempe, Arizona for Inward Scream. They're my favorite band, of course ^_^
Random fact about me: I bought Kyo stuff for his birthday this year (I saw them in Denver on his birthday). I bought him Star Wars boxers, a belt buckle that says "******** OFF" all over it, a snazzy black tie with silver bits on it, I made him a dragon necklace, and I drew him a picture (of him from the Final). Not obsessive, worry not -- I'm not a scary fangirl or something. I would've bought the same for any friend of mine. And he's just affected my life and creativity so much, I wanted to get him something he'd like.
Other random fact: I'm a film student! I am a director ^_^ Of horror and psychological thrillers. I want to direct PVs in Japan someday! So adding to the not fangirlness, I'm very used to famous people and see them as just other artists... cause it's true. Meeting Kaoru and Die rocked - they were so sweet. I wish I could hang out with them, they're so chill ^_^

I'm Kira and I'm 13.
I've been a Dir en Grey fan for about a year. I missed their concert in...Feburary...I think, and it sucked. Oh well. Dir en Grey kicks a**. I love 'em. My favorite song is Raison D'Etre, and I like Ain't Afraid to Die a lot too. My favorite member is Karou, but I love all of them.

A friend of mine had mentioned Dir en Grey once so I looked em up on youtube.....the rest is history ^_^"
I love them because their music is like nothing I've ever heard before, they are very unique.
My favorite song....hmm....I think I'd have to say The Final heart
It's so hard to pick a favorite album, i have favorite songs on al lof their albums XD
My favorite PV is either Child Prey (it was the 1st one i saw) or [KR] Cube.
At first my favorite member was Die. but then it was Kyo and now I just love em all ^_^"
I saw them in Chicago last month for the first time, I had pushed my way to the second row by Die and somewhat near Kyo, and it was the most amazing night of my life...*goes into dream mode*

Welcome, Lucy 3nodding incredibly amazing I feel the same about their lyrics. Especially so far: Habuta Ha Mabuta Wo Oroshita Yasashiki Utsu I feel like that about Kyo too, but I believe I know why. Though I think I have more in common with Shinya. I'm more like him.

My name is Sabrina
And I am currently 17 years old
I reside in the middle of no where Ohio, and I'm going to move to Las Vegas for college.
I got moved up a year :]
I used to live in Singapore all my life until I moved in Sept. '05
I got into Dir en grey ever since my move. I had friends on myspace who got me into J-Rock and Diru became my favorite <3
I saw them at Family Values on Sept. 12. It was pouring with rain but it was alright. I jumped in mud and shook hands with Toshiya and Kaoru! And me and my friends had a weird feeling that Kyo was watching us from the bushes! Haha!
They really inspire me. Their music evokes me like no other. They're probably one of the few bands who can p e n e t r a t e my heart with their music, and that's why I love them.
My favorite member is Andou Daisuke a.k.a. Die. Not only is he sexy hot, but he can play a mean guitar ;D
My favorite song(s) are: Obscure, Kodou, Jesus Christ R'nR and Gyakujo Tannou Keloid Milk (sp?)
I hope we will all get along very well in this guild and I hope to make many more Dir en grey friends!
