I got my new sneakers and went jogging for the first time in a month yesterday.
the lesson I have learned -> It don't take long to lose your conditioning,
AND
I'm useless at pacing myself without a treadmill.
0.o I nearly died XD
well no, not even close, but man did I cramp up!

I went for a long slow jog yesterday and took the short fast route today and found that I practically doubled my time from my first jog o.0
Must have been taking bigger steps.

Maybe the wind was with me?

He and one of his guests dressed up (as like blond odd ball Swedish twins) and did a skit together singing a song called "let us play with your look~".
It was entertaining.
