He is right Maleficus. Take a look at my profile, or any of the crew ones (they are the profiles that are stickied). Try to model yours after those, you're really supposed to be spending some time on it. I think I spent a total of an hour making mine up, and another hour or two on each post underneath the actual profile.

The academy here isn't actual classes, its just a place to start off training. And by lengthen, I mean elaborate, describe some things more. Here's mine as an example.
