(( Now that I think about it, she falls no matter what happens. xd ))
When Travis fell off, the balance on the board was completely uneven so Natsumi fell off as well. The tip of the Gear had hit the ground and Natsumi was flung off.
"Ouch..." she said as she got up on her feet. Her arms were skinned a bit, and so were her legs. Oh well. She picked up her Gear and walked back to Travis. "You okay?" she asked him.

Travis' head had hit a bench, though he was miraculously still concious. "Yeah... sorry about that..." he groaned as he got up.

"It's okay. I shouldn't have made such a sudden turn," Natsumi said. "Maybe we should just walk for now."

"Rest sounds good..." Travis said as he sat on the bench. The side he sat on, which was the same side he hit his head on, broke as soon as he sat on it. "This... day... sucks..." he said, not bothering to get up.

"Come on," Natsumi said as she grabbed his hand and pulled him up, though it hurt to use her arms right now. "Let's go find another bench. And maybe some bandages, too." Her arms and legs were still bleeding, but not too badly.

While Travis was trying to remember, Natsumi pressed a button on the bottom of the Gear to make it turn to a compact-thing (that I can't really describe). This was so she could hold it easier.(( The Gear now looks like the thing Sonic has at the beginning of the race. [Just for anyone who hasn't played the game before.] ))

((Covert? That is Sheo all over it. You know, when she isn't being surrounded by the idiots and hopelessly 'inferior' people. xDDD))
Sheo sighed. It was getting rather late (not dark quite yet), and soon she would be hungry... when Sheo was hungry, all steer, white fowl, swine, and venison within three miles ran for their lives.
Sheo had a huge package of precooked meat - four packages, one for each of the aforementioned animal foods. But she felt like Mexican today. Enchiladas, quesadilla (sp), and tacos. Sheo was one of the many who noticed that all Mexican dishes were the same food, only prepared slightly differently.
Refried beans, flour tortillas, watery hot sauce, and lettuce comprised a lot of it.
So Sheo pulled out a paper bag of Wendy's, filled with a dozen small cheeseburgers. She didn't happen to have Mexican food, and eating out in this city wasn't really... advisable, if you wanted to stay alive and healthy... so, burgers was what it was.
Sheo through the whole bag in the microwave, and two minutes later, she pulled a paper bag soaked with condiments out of the oven. The condiments - ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise - had exploded from their individual plastic wrappers. How nice.
Sheo wasn't hungry yet, but she ate a burger anyway. 'Ew' came to mind, but being a city girl, she was used to crappy food.
There was no need to let Jun or anybody else know about the steaks in her freezer, the sirloin or the ribeye.
Now, what to do? She had a cat-mutant in Kate's apartment, and... oh, Kate. Sheo felt a little nauseous as she felt a dizzy spell coming on. Whatever this was, it signaled Kate's approach. Sheo ran over to the sink and flipped it on, splashing herself with water. Then, after much sweating and splashing, Kate was in control.
