Even though she did not intend to Virus couldn’t manage to stay awake she was exhausted from the long morning so she drifted back off to sleep. Her dreams seemed to be the only place where her memories could return. Locked inside her subconscious they slowly flowed into her dreams a little more each time she slept. Her eyes move violently back and forth under her eye lids as she dreamt.
“Failure it’s all a failure! The king will have my head for wasting such resources.”
Akira’s father shouted as he walked over to his daughters body more afraid of what his king would do then upset over the death of his child. He slowly began to clean up the spilled bottles of useless formulas that where knocked over by her convulsions. When he was done he began to pull the wires off of Akira but stopped when he heard the machines behind him beeping faintly. As they grew stronger he turned around and saw it was the heart monitor that was flashing red as a warning the pulse was weak.
“So it was a success. In order for the nanites to be in control the host must die. My dear Akira you have given your life for the future of our kingdom. Atrum will keep you in line, we can’t have you rebelling against us now can we? Wake up experiment 187 your services are needed”
His voice had no hint of emotion other than excitement that he was successful. When she was ordered to wake her eyes opened and she sate up slowly on the table. Her eyes looked empty and hollow like a soulless doll full of sorrow. Virus’ dream was disturbed by the sound that crept into her mind. Shooting up from bed a quick scream escaped her lips which quickly shut when she realized where she was.

Nias
The barrier pushed back a little, before strengthening and pushing back against the eagle. Many more Shielders had gathered, helping to put up a barrier.
Rena's Ship
Sho was in his wolf form and had hovered in the air over to the ship. He landed near Rena, and transformed back into his human for. He figured that Rena may need some... persuasion so she didn't go crazy when they first got to the ship.
Rai and Kalm hopped on to the deck, and ran over to Sho.
Rai glanced at Rena a concerted look in his eyes.
Fuego hopped onto the deck, but decided to stay with May. As frustrated as he was about Izeno, he didn't want to leave May's side.
Ship
"Thanks." Keith smiled. He handed Izeno his food. "You are going to eat something. You'll need all the strength you can manger if you don't want your Dark Side to take over."
Izeno just started at the food at first. He slowly got up, took the food, and started to eat. He had a zoned out look on his face as if he wasn't quite there. He felt a slight presents of Rena, she probably was no more than a few hours from catching up to them, but Izeno barely noticed.

Zen jumped to his feet when Virus screamed and jolted up in bed. "What." He said frantically, worried that maybe she had had a delayed reaction to his running. He had a genuine look of concern on his face as he move to the side of the mat. Shadow followed behind Zen a interesting look of worry visible.
Nias
The eagle shrieked more and continued, agitatedly, to attack the mending barrier that was pushing it back.
Zira peered around the building to see her creation attempting to get though a barrier. "She must be in there." Zira thought wondering what she should do, or even could do about it. At this point she was more interested in seeing what this mutated form of her orb could, would, do than actually capturing Sora. The main thing was she now believed it was developing a sort of intelligence, similar of that to an animal. She was sure that it wouldn't listen to her anymore, unless she could give it a reason to.
Rena's Ship
Rena paused and looked up at Sho when he landed near her, an almost scathing, don't bother look. She then continued pacing.
Ship
Zeik kept glancing at Izeno as he ate his food in silence.
Vure led Kire to the deck of the ship. Guiding him to the rail he pointed to the water.
Kire nodded confirming his unasked question.
Vure pulled Kire closer to him and he gazed into the blue void of the ocean.

Virus looked over at Zen her face beat red. Shaking her head she stood up quickly brushing the wrinkles from her dress. “It’s nothing please don’t worry. She gave him a reassuring smile. At this point and time she didn’t care anymore if he found out about her. If he hadn’t run away screaming by now maybe he wouldn’t. From that look of concern on his face she could also tell he wouldn’t turn her in if he found out she was an experiment. “It was just a night mare about my past. Nothing that could hurt me now so please do not worry.” The truth was it did hurt her, not physically but it crushed her to learn that someone could do something like that. It hurt more that it was her father, someone who was supposed to protect her.

Zen's features relaxed a bit when she said she was ok. He still looked concerned though. He backed away a few steps to give her some space. "Want something to eat?" he asked indicating the food packets. He was trying to break the mood and trying not to look relived that she hadn't been upset by him. He wondered how long he would be able to keep a slow pace for her benefit. Shadow got excited for no apparent reason darting in a blur around her mat then jumped on Virus licking her face. Zen tensed, waiting. He had given Shadow the command to slow down but he was obviously ignoring it.

Virus thought for a bit then answered unsure of what to say. “Surprise me, I’m not to picky.” She didn’t mind him trying to change the subject though she couldn’t figure out why seemed so tense. It couldn’t have been from her he looked more like he was hiding something. Virus’ mind trailed back to reality when Shadow darted around her in a blur of movements. Surprised she lost her balance and fell back onto the bed landing on her bottom. She giggled when he licked her face and gently pushed him back to wipe the slobber off her cheek. Looking to Zen she thought for a moment before speaking not wanting to say anything that would offend him so she just decided to ignore it for now. If it was something Zen wanted to speak about then he would be the one to bring it up. For all she knew he could have been in the same boat as her and not wish the whole world to know. Petting Shadows ears she tried to get him to calm down, him running around her like that made her a little dizzy. “He sure does get exited doesn’t he?”

Zen still tense nodded "He can at times." Zen picked up a packet of pasta noodles and added the water. "Hope you don't mind if it's not warm." he said curiously. This was going to drive him crazy, he had to tell her but didn't know what to do. He was to scared to that she would freak out and we, he wasn't quite sure what she could or would do. He turned away from her after giving her the pasta trying to decide what to do. He fiddled with the food packets to cover his turn but it was obvious that something was bugging him.

Virus took the noodles from him but just held it in her lap. She wasn’t hungry at the moment but she was enjoying someone being nice to her. “Thank you. I don’t mind its still edible.” She looked at Zen nervously of how to approach the subject but she could tell he was still tense. When Zen turned away she set the pasta on the bed beside her and placed her hand on his shoulder. “Is something bothering you Zen?” Her voice had some concern in it. She knew something was bothering him and she just wanted him to be comfortable around her.

Zen jumped at the unexpected contact, forcing himself to stay put instead of run like his instincts told him to. Looking up into her eyes he said. "Sorry, I just can't hide it from you any longer; it's driving me crazy. Just promise not to freak out." Zen said nervously. Shadow instantly calmed down sensing his friends mood. walking over to Zen and whined softly. Zen stood and pat Shadow on the head then twitching his hand he and Shadow faded into a blur that zipped around the room, even on the walls. Then moments later he and Shadow stood where they had been just before. They didn't appear to have moved at all as they weren't even out of breath. Zen was tense and had a nervous look on his face.

Izeno stopped in the middle of eating. He could feel his Dark Side starting to surface again.
"This certainly is an interesting turn of events. Looks like Keith won't die first after all."
He continued chewing after a moment. He managed to keep his Dark Side relatively quiet for a while. He could feel the panic raising up. He was fighting for control, both over his Dark Side and the panic. He was pretty sure that he was doing a pretty good job of disguising panic as stress... For now.
Izeno stood up, and walked as close to Keith as he could. "Did you make an antidote to whatever you used to suppress my powers?"
Keith blinked. "No... Why?" He had a skeptical look on his face now.
Izeno looked up at the ceiling. He was ignoring Zeik. "I think this is as far away as I can be from her. You can't let Rena near me. It's all over if she finds me..." Sure if things were Izeno type of normal, then well it would have been fine. Dark Matter's seal would make sure his Dark Side didn't even communicate with Izeno, but that only worked if he could use his powers. He was doing his best to hold his Dark Side back, but it was getting... excited. He could feel the Darkness slowly seeping out of him.
Rena's Ship
Sho wasn't sure if anyone else could sense it, but the closer they got to the ship the stronger the Darkness became. Sure it was very faint traces of Darkness, but it was Darkness just the same. What was going on with Izeno?

Virus suddenly pulled her hand back in instinct from Zen jumping. As he spoke, she kept her eyes on him listening to his words intently. “I do not freak out about much.” She said in regards to his comment wondering what he could possibly be hiding that was so bad. With Shadow at Zen’s side she watched the two her curiosity building every moment that went by. She jumped slightly when Zen zipped around the room feeling the air that his movements made. Once he stopped she looked at him silently her eyes moving from Zen to Shadow. She was more in shock then freaked out or even scared. Shaking her head she pulled herself out of it and a soft smile moved over her lips. She was unsure what to say so she just said the first thing that popped into her head. “How fast?” Her voice was very calm considering with a little bit of uncertainty in it. If he was so willing to tell such a secret was it right for her to keep hers from him? And if not how much should she tell him.

Zen waited in silence for her to speak and when she did he was caught off guard by what she said. He blinked a few times in surprise before answering in a more light hearted tone. "Well, right now I would guess about 70-90mph. though we can go even faster without our weights on." He smiled feeling better already as he motioned to the thick bands on his and Shadow's ankles. He was so relieved that he didn't even note the uncertainty in her voice.
Rena's Ship
Rena stopped pacing and jolted to the edge of the deck. A low angry hiss escaped her lips, she didn't want to share Izeno with anyone especially the dark thing inside him. "Izeno!" She wailed, angry in the tone.
Ship
Zeik listened to Izeno's words not quite understanding but listening all the same.
Kire sensed the leak of dark energy and turning the grip from being held to holding. he pulled Vure along with him as he heading for Izeno's cell.
Vure didn't protest, as he too sensed it. As they moved towards Izeno his face became less and less child-like in expression, but he still stayed close to Kire's side.
Kire didn't actually entered the room but stood just outside with Vure, listening to what was being said.

Kurai stiffened as a disterbance aame upon the water. Rushing to the back of the ship she could feel the tides changing as another boat approached. 'I wonder who this could be. I may better explain what's on the ship.'

Rena's Ship
Fuego looked out across the water. The hair on the back of his neck stood straight up on end.
Sho sighed. He would have to make sure Rena didn't get herself killed. She didn't get Izeno, and although he knew she would be the one to heal him, it would be no use if she died.
Ship
Keith ran out the door, slamming into Kire and Vure. "Oy... Sorry guys..." Keith turned to walk away, but stopped. "Oh... Hey... Apparently Izeno had a rescue squad coming after him. There's a half-cat girl named Rena with them. Don't let her get anywhere near Izeno, or we're all dead." Keith ran in the direction of the main deck, he looked over his shoulder as he yelled, "Spread the word!"

Virus looked away from Zen her mind trailing away. Though she did hear him speak she wasn’t really listening to it. Now was as good of a time as any to say something about her. He already broke the ice and she hopped that because she was so calm from his truth maybe he would be as well. She opened her mouth to speak but quickly closed unsure of what or how to say it. Looking to Zen she tried again only this time was able to form words. “I’m sure you have figured out by now of what I can, though that isn’t all of it.” She nervously twiddled her thumbs as she spoke preparing herself for any questions he might ask.
