What if something happened... we wouldn't know where you are." She suppressed the thought of something happening to her other son as well... it had been bad enough with Synne and Erian

"Oh really? In some cases maybe.... but even I had a situation I couldn't handle... and I'm quite a bit older than you. Your not experienced enough to handle everything.... and certainly nothing that would be considered dangerous." She shook her head "You need another plan to play with your friend. Why can't he go out in the day?"

"Allergic to the sun?" She sighed... well that was a complication. "I don't like you being out so late just you and another little boy... so either figure out a way to have supervision nearby... or you'll only have an hour after sunset to play with him."

She smiled "I gave it to your father since I wasn't sure if he had it already. I only glanced through it but I believe I saw some formulas in there. I'm afraid I can't tell you much else.. alchemy isn't a field I'm well versed in. I might read your books as well just to get a basis of the subject." Well there was a nice reaction... if only Synne would react that way to a book...
