The soldiers were moving along, when something clattered behind the soldiers, but when the rearguards aimed their searchlights at the area, there was nothing. Suddenly, something flashed in front of the group, but was gone before it could be clearly identified.
"Gah! What was that?" some yelped. "I hear this place is haunted, man." said another. "It's some kind of ghost." "No way, it's the Feddies, man. Feddies are out there, man! They're coming to get us! We're all gonna die!"
"Keep steady, stay calm." order Cajin, to his uneasy soldiers. "Shut it!" he commanded. "Ghosts can't hurt you; I will, if you don't shut up."
The troops complied. Ah, military discipline.... Anyway, more light would be helpful...or a helmet mounted full sensor suite...
He signaled for the group to back up as he armed a flare in his grenade launcher and fired it into the air. As he aimed the launcher up, fired it, and looked away from the flare, he thought he saw something moving in the the shadows of the ceiling. Something moving above his group.
"What the Sith-" he began, aiming his gunflashlight towards it.

Drake watched as the flare floated in front of him. He reached out and snuffed it out right as a flash of light hit him. Drake looked down at the men. Drake watched as Drake launched himself at the troops.
Drake landed in the middle of the troops. Reaching out with a clawed foot, the tallons sunk into the back of one of the troops. Blood drooled out of the troops back as Drake slammed him into the ground. Drake blasted anouther in the head and then launched him self back into the dark.
Drako waited.
" You last standing........What do you think of death? " Drake slowly walked out of the shadows and was about 100 yards from the men.

"It got Johnson!" one of the troopers screamed.
"Congratulations, you've been promoted to Captain, Private Obvious." muttered Cajin, under his breath.
"Death? He's a cool guy, but he needs to floss more." he called back, making a bunch of discreet hand gestures to his soldiers. "When you meet him, tell him I said 'Hi.'!" he said, as his soldiers assumed combat formations and opened fire.
The two ion riflers started blasting at the ceiling, along with a lightrepeating blaster soldier and the two riflemen. The remainer blazed away at the eight-foot tall steroid freak standing across the hall. Cajin launched his remaining two flares into the air, and, as the ceiling was illuminated, joined the soldiers in firing at the droid on the ceiling.

"Where are those Star Destroyers going?" Mordranna queried. "Ma'am, it seems as though they're trying to overtake the orbital droid factories!" Mordranna frowned. If they take the factories, then they'll have an unlimited number of droid soldiers! "Let's move in closer to the droid factories, everyone!" She commed out to the Republic Navy. It took several tense minutes for the blockade to move to it's ordered position. MC80's traded fire with Star Destroyers. X-wings traded shots with TIEs and droid fighters. Droids! It's certainly not my Empire! Mordranna thought with a snort of derision. "Let's make sure they don't get their grimy hand modules on this, yes?" "You got it, ma'am," At once, a shuttle made it's way to the droid factory. "Take that shuttle down!" Mordranna ordered. With that, a Y-wing and A-wing pounced on said shuttle, blasting it into oblivion.

"That... sucked," the zabrak commented as she surveyed the battered Grahrie perched on the edge of the landing pad. The landing had not been pleasant, and had nearly been the death of them all. Fortunately, the pilots were skilled enough to keep the ship from skidding completely off the landing pad.
"Yup. But you know what they say: any landing you can walk away from is a good one," Kiph, her twi'lek friend and fellow tech stated, rubbing the back of his head.
"In this case, I'd have to agree," the zabrak, Rhovi, replied. "I just hope they don't expect us to get her running for quite some time."
"Hey, you two!" one of the surviving officers barked, not liking to see anyone of lower rank idling about. "Come on; there's a squad under attack in the remains of the Jedi Temple."
The pair glanced at each other, stifling fatalistic sighs. Kiph shouldered his blaster rifle and Rhovi held her pistol in her left hand, and they were off.

Imperius jumped high into the air, and landed in front of a few troopers, which he Force Pushed into each other.
From where he was, he suddenly felt a wave of light in the Force.
Neb.
"Jedi!" he called, turning several droids' attention.

Neb stood in the middle of the bridge, watching the end. Behind him, about 200 yards sat the defended position, ready to fire on his mark. 200 yards in front of him, he could see Imperius finishing off the last of the perimeter guard.
"He will have to go through me to get to the men," Neb said confidently to himself. Several droids seemed to have taken notice, an advanced force to attack the Jedi, which was in his opinion, severe folly. The bridge was narrow, only about 50 feet wide. It could hold a column of about 20 troopers wide with ease of breathing room.
The advance force didn't stand a chance. They began a quick march, but Neb had not moved an inch. He didn't have to, as the droids suddenly took a right hand turn and managed to fall off the bridge, hundreds of feet down to their doom.
"Come on Feron. You can't be that blunt. Is war the only subject that can occupy your mind? Surely you can multitask," He remarked under his breath.

Drako stood there as if nothing was happening. He simply force deflected the shots away like flies.
" Thats a poor answer. " Drako forced choked two of the troops and slammed them together.
Drake above moved around the blaster fire and snuffed out the flares. Drake shot down to the ground and activated his shield. He didnt need it to last that long, and it wounldn't with how close the troops were. He closed in and slammed two into a wall. He walked forward his feet crushing the ground under him. He dashed at the only troop with commanding marks. Drake grabbed his blaster and crushed it. By that time the shield was about gone. Drake grabbed the commander by the neck and waited for his next command.
Drako laughed at how fast the troops reacted to Drake.
" Not bad. " Drako looked at the two he was choking. They were still alive. The two Drake had slammed into the wall were slowly getting up.
" I asked you what you think of death because i dont think he has his eye on you. I am going to offer you the chance to serve under me. If you take this offer....i will not kill you. If you say no.... "
Drake tightend his grip around the commanders neck.
" Well....you get the picture. I can kill you as fast as i can save you. " The two in the air were loosing breath.

Cajin and his troops were scattered by the droid and by the manic's use of the Force. Backing away from the droid as he fired, he knew he was draining its shields, when the droid leapt forward, knocked aside his gun, which was dashed against the wall, and swept him into the air with a single hand.
Feet dangling in the air as he was held up by the droid, Cajin chuckled and asked "What's the pay like?" he asked, as he discreetly moved his hand closer to his vibroblade.
Suddenly, there was a loud discharge, and a red blasterbolt ripped through the droid's shield and blasted off its hand at the wrist, inches away from Cajin's face. Rather ungracefully, Cajin dropped to the ground. Standing in the shadows near the far end of the hall was a figure, its features concealed by helmet and armor. A rapidly fading heat shimmer was rising from the barrel of one the sleek silver blasters it held in its hands.
The figure slowly advanced, firing its blasters at the droid, the shadows around its featureless mask dispersed by the muzzle flare of the blasters.

"Droids, droids everywhere!" muttered Amethyst Seven. "Cut the chatter, Am Seven!" Mordranna quipped back. "At least you won't get bored!" And, at least the opposition is mostly droids, she mused with a sigh of relief. A corvette took heavy fire from a Star Destroyer, and launched escape pods before it exploded. With that, several vulture droids pounced on the pods. "Skydarts, defend the pods!" was Mordranna's order to an A-wing squadron. "On it, general!" replied the squad lead. Another Star Destroyer then fired upon the Hope Eagle, and suplemented it with launching it's fighters. "Oh, no you don't!" She cried out, turning towards the scene, beckoning her makeshift Squire Squadron to cover her, who had added another B-wing and two X-wings to it's ranks after their respective squadrons have been decimated in the skirmish.

Darkened Angel Vice Captain

Standing beside the Dark Lord, Angel looked around. " I hope all this power you have hasn't corrupted you beyond saving... " she thought, seeing what he had managed to do so easily. She then felt a familar being through the Force. " Well, it appears Neb is here. " she said, her tone slightly saddened at the thought of what the encounter would entail. She couldn't stand the thought of losing her love, but she didn't want to fight Neb either, but she would if she had to to help the Dark Lord. Not wanting to take chances, she secretly adjusted her sabers to just below the ability to be fatal.

The Dark Side of the Force, swirled, like a dark, terrifying tempest, through the blood of Darth Imperius. He fed the remaining guards half a meter of plasma before turning towards Neb.
"Neb Wulf..we meet again, do we?"
