Null. You give people THREE warnings. Not one. And then Ban. You suspend. The worst thing you do is Ban. That is when people do REALLY bad stuff, back mouth all the time, swear at people, write illiteratly, and just a huge annoyance.
I'm sure I've done this longer than you have. I've run sites OFF gaia for roleplaying, and I was top mod at all time. You don't know the first thing about being Vice Captain. And I don't know why you got it in the first place.

That is the ONLY reason I can think of why you got this, unless you seduced Sommoner is some disguisting way.

You act extremely ignorant at things - coming from the girl who said she hated Satanism, without having bothered to research what it means. Ignorance dose not equil stupidity, Ignorance=a refusal to learn. So please, do provide an example as to when i have been ignorant.
You only do what's good for you, not the guild - So going through and weeding out a fair bit of the in-actives, marking star tests, and generally looking out for illiteracy wherever it pops up is only beneficial for me? Because so far that's what my moderation powers have been bent on.

Oh, by the way, here's your first official warning. The reason why I warn and then ban, is because I try not to put official anything on until necessary. normally I'd just tell you to calm down, remind you of the rules, etc. So far you have Flamed me, Trolled, AND then questioned the integrity of our Capitan, and myself, as well as question our adherence to the ToS. Don't piss me off, I'm a big man with a Gun, and you don't have the best history with me. I hope I don't have to have this talk with you again.
