*he enters the locker room and heads over to his locker and takes out his chain and puts it around his neck he then starts to tape up his hands*

~ pulls out her headphones from her pocket then puts them on her ears and walks into the training room as she walks she presses the play botton she now stands infrount of one of the punching bag and begins to punch at the bag ~
