Gah!

7:55 - arrive at jury selection
8:35 - all twenty-zillion of us are bored out of our minds. Jury coordinator gets call from judge, announces that one of the lawyers is sick, so we get to leave (good news) and come back at 1:15 (bad news).
12:45 - get back early so as to get a seat. Once again, bored.
1:40 - A different judge comes in, announces to us that the stupid lawyer is STILL sick.

So we all have to go back at 8:00 tomorrow, too.
If that guy is still too sick to do the trial and they drag us in there another freaking day at 8 in the morning, I'm going to scream very loudly in someone's face. Notsomuch from the 8 in the morning thing as from having to rearrange my work schedule AGAIN.

I want my freaking car. Tim's car would've made it to Yosemite, but noooo, they don't want to take his, they have to take MINE. ********>

Life sucks.

But then happy things happen and you are happy!

Funny how that works. XD;

Fuu, bored. Wish there was someone to spend some time with.

Or at least I wish these downloads would hurry up so I can watch Disgaea.

I wish I was going to AX this year.

But honestly, it would probably be easier to build the damned computer yourself than trying to win it.

Awwww, Disgaea is doing the "Red Moon" chapter next. I can't wait.

Hmmm, seems like Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu is gonna have 26 episodes if they have episode 14 listed, since a season is always 13 episodes. Oh well, it's a good enough series to warrent it easily.

Not if you're me. ^__^- I have no computer-building skills at all. None.

And it's not like I want to go just because of the computer.

I want to meet somebody T.T

Building computers isn't really that hard. Not only are there a ton of resources online, but you can take old scrap computers that people will give away and practice until you've got it. While the technology has improved, the basic building skills are the same. Plus the case modding techniques can be a work of art.

And really, it's not difficult at all. It takes some confidence, and a little bit of practice to identify parts, but after one or two attempts you can pretty much handle the basics without a problem.

But yeah, it's pretty fun to go just to go. But thinking about winning that is like going to Vegas and expecting to come home with a couple extra g's in your pocket. It's probably easier to just budget your money properly if thats the case, y'know?

But... I'm lazy. And I don't have confidence. xd ;

Both my brother and my dad can build computers. I'll just have one of them scrape something together for me.. T.T

And, damnit YouTube, don't die in the middle of episodes gonk

Your choice, but it's better to have skills and not need them than to be incompetent when it's nessessary. Or I suppose you can rely on others for the rest of your life.

Speaking of learning skills, I really should work on fixing that car. Damn my lack of mechanical knowledge.

That's what my mother says. I'll starve and die when I'm on my own =D

Although building a computer doesn't really seem like an absolutely necessary skill. xp

Sor, let me put it this way, how the ******** are you talking to me right now?

It's a computer. Chances are, you'll have to deal with one for the rest of your life. Assuming you live to be about 80, this will be for the next 64 years.

Might be a good idea to know what makes it tick. That way when something goes wrong, because it eventually will, you can repair it on your own. No bullshit with tech support, no calling boyfriends/brother/father/whatever. You might actually have the thing working in a reasonable time.

You'll know how things should work, and how much they cost, so you know when someone is dicking you out of money. Business is business, and knowledge is power. Use them both to your advantage.

If you don't think it's a good skill to have, close Gaia, shut the computer off, and live without it; because it shouldn't be a part of your everyday life.

Wolffy, I love the fact that you only listed boyfriends/brother/father.
Because that's totally how it (usually) ends up. My dad and ex know waaaaaaay more about computers than I do.
My brother makes me fix it when something's wrong, though. Hahaha. =D

Crap. I should shower and leave if I'm going to hang out with Katie.
Ugh.
That requires getting UP.

Funny, I didn't even really realize that until you mentioned it. Or, rather I didn't realize how that could be taken.

Well, unless if Sor is a lesbian or bisexual, I figure thats probably what was applicible. I don't know too many people that ring up their friends for computer problems.
