Hopes? 'k.
The first one needs a drawback other then it's 30/100 hit rate.
The second one I think is too powerful. It needs a good drawback as well, and a chakra cost I'm thinking. Because of how useful it could be. Mainly because it'd be hard to defend against, and it does nothing to you..

Reaver- alright, drawbacks... i guess i forgot to add the idea of drying my eye out, and making it worthless for a while. and for the second one i never said that it couldn't affect me. the only hting is i shouldn't be stupid enough to stand inside of the cloud. XD i'll edit those in if you think that it would work.

What would it take for me to be made a mod anyway? I used to be one, and I am prepared to formally present my case for why I feel I'm good enough. I also wouldn't mind handing in my credentials and waiting until you feel you need another mod.

-sighs- I think I'm going to post up the 'Christmas Gift' early since no one is really voting anymore. Maybe even the Season Five announcement too.
