I'm not one to be judgmental, but he acted very immature towards people who were higher rank then him. And his whole "...I'm emotionless, blah blah" it also annoying. stressed
There is nothing that irks me more then when someone thinks they're better then someone. It's pure ignorance.

I believe the phrase you're looking for Ichi is: Undeserved sense of self-entitlement. He gave off the vibe that we should all instantly respect/like him because...and it totally don't work that way.
