K, so excuse me for being absent for... what was it? 2 years? But I cannot find the jutsu page. Does it exist, or are we supposed to pull jutsu to learn from the first NFS?

PeterBainner Oh wow... how do they stop that from being broken? As vash linked, the amount of jutsus you can have and the level you can create is based off of your Intelligence Stat. You may have 1 Basic per 5 Int, 1 Normal (Anything learned from NPC/Player) per 10 Int, 1 Custom per 15 Int, 1 Upgrade per 20 Int. The level of a custom is IntValue(That it was unlocked at) divided by 15 Upgrades increase 1 Technique by 5 levels, but may only be applied to a technique that has a level 1/4th or lower then the IntValue it was unlocked at. Any questions?

Any questions? yes. Are the basic techniques the ones on the pre-made jutsu page? Also, I'm noticing that a lot of the premade jutsu are level 10+. Does this mean that I have to unlock a 10th level jutsu slot to learn a level 10 jutsu, or does the unlock jutsu slot just mean that I can learn any jutsu regardless of what level the jutsu is, provided that I am willing to type up the lines to learn it? And finally, how is the training set up? Do I still have to type 4 lines X the level of the jutsu? Or is it 1 line per level?

Correction,
This is how you should look at it, so you're not confusing yourself or anyone else.
Basics [ The techniques that don't do anything Systematic Wise ] Normals [ The Series Techniques that don't involve customs ] Customs [ Anything you create that isn't a Basic ] Ugrades [ Use these on your Customs ]
And No, All you have to do is have a Normal Custom Slot open to be able to obtain that particular jutsu.

Hence Int/3, IE 15/3 = 5 for your first technique. And yes, you can learn any level regardlessly for an unlocked normal slot. Also we did away with the line system for technique >_> But it will be re-introduced in the next system updates.

Okay, so I have another question just so that I'm not missing any details: I'm level 0 with a 5 int score. If I level up and decide to put the +15 in my int, can I learn a jutsu at the same time as I level up? Or do I have to have the slot unlocked prior to attempting to learn the jutsu?
