Kaguyo kissed him back, nodding softly. "I know." she whispered, smiling faintly. "Be careful, anata..."
She wasn't afraid of showing him affection anymore.
She stepped into the portal, Kazuhiko closing it behind.
Slowly but surely, they started to make their rounds.

Shiori glanced away. "Of course." she agreed. "We've been over that. I was just making sure.... about the dreaming, I mean."
She waited in awkward silence for her tea, refusing to look at him.

Shiori shook her head. "Wouldn't you want to understand better what you had done in my place?" she took the tea, starting to drink it down.
She sighed deeply, closing her eyes. "Finally, some peace and quiet..."
She yawned twice, setting the tea aside and snuggling into the covers.
She was asleep in no time.

Yuki smiled, patting Ainsu on the shoulder. "If anything bad happens, Kazu-kun will take care of her I'm sure." she adjusted her glasses, marking off a few things on a clipboard of papers. "Watari-san, what should I do next?? I already finished today's work...." she blinked, unclipping it and handing it back to him.
Lo and behold, she had done two or three days work in a matter of hours.
Talk about efficient.
"I hope I didn't rush anything." she held the clipboard in front of her, looking at her shoes.

Yuki was delighted, but unlike Morrigan or Kazuhiko, she didn't make a scene.
She sat down at the nearest table, beginning to sip and nibble daintily.
All the while, she was still filling out papers and forms Watari would need for a few future projects.

There wasn't much to her dreams at first, just the slow and pulsing roar, steady like a heartbeat.
But eventually Aled would be able to see her, sitting on a beach. She had a stick and a bucket, digging as deep into the wet sand as she could.
Eventually, she found her bounty.
She collected a large clam, adding it to the bounty she had already gathered.
She wasn't aware of him in the slightest.

Shiori jumped, blinking in shock.
"I never told you." she answered just as quickly, looking up from the sand. She was wearing a bathingsuit, and his arrival certainly made her self-aware.
She backed up into the ocean, using the water as cover. "What do you want...?"

"Watari-san, I've been thinking," Yuki paused, chewing a bite of the cake and sipping her tea, "about the matter of Ainsu-san's arm, I think I might have a few ideas for regrowth." she smiled, looking up.
Her eyes caught his and she smiled wider, blushing a bit as she looked down, adjusting her glasses. "I was thinking about using the same sort of mechanism you use your patches for, but infused with Ainsu's DNA. It's quite possible that if we manage to stimulate regeneration in that sense, it will fuse together and recreate flesh... What do you think??"

Yuki nodded. "Hai, hai... do you wish me to collect more samples Watari-san?"
She had hardly eaten, but she was extremely passionate about this job, and it technically wasn't even her first day.
It was hard not to get caught up in things.

Shiori watched him closely before nodding, carefully moving closer.
She sat down where she could still be covered by the waves, her eyes never leaving him. She knew what the sunset looked like.
It was almost ironic that he'd find her at the ocean when her element was clearly fire.
Then again, the temperature wasn't scorching, but it was much warmer than the Tarnbsei winters.
"How'd you get here...? Why are you here to begin with?" she asked again, just barely missing being swallowed by a small wave. She was trying not to get her hair wet. "How'd you find me here??"

Shiori shook her head, rising to her feet and splashing him with her hair. "I'm not lonely. I can be alone and not be lonely... Hypocrite. Right after scolding me... You think you're the Ou, that you can do whatever you want!"
She shoved his chest, scowling. "What right do you have being here???"


Yuki smiled, chuckling softly and leaning back, taking her first break for the day. "Alright." she agreed, nodding. "We should make sure to check in on Kaguyo and Kazuhiko from time to time, I gave the boy a little communicator..."
The woman was absolutely brilliant.
Save for that, they would have gone hunting without any connection to the Palace and their allies.

Kazuhiko paused, looking around a room of people on computers.
"You have four in here." he whispered, looking up at her. "All in the corners..."
Kaguyo frowned. "Sachi-san and Li-san?? And... and..." she shook her head. "Iie.."
Kazuhiko only nodded gravely.
"Aoki's grasp is tighter than I thought." she whispered in dismay.

Kaguyo paled. "We'll have to organize the cells via the scouts and messengers." she advised quietly. "Computers won't be safe anymore, I doubt phones will be either. We have four traitors among us yet..."
Kazuhiko nodded, glancing to the four.
"Hapushi-chan," she whispered, "Lock the doors. We can't have anyone escaping right now."

Yuki giggled slightly, adjusting her glasses as she blushed. "It was nothing, just good thinking." she shrugged it off meekly. "I know from Shi-chan how hard it is to find someone without any way to contact them.."

Shiori blinked at him. "You were what?" she looked up at him, crossing her arms. "You were....?"
