Haruna's eyes widened as the boy approached her and she looked to her feet quickly. H...Hai... I am real, I am alive, Haruna said with a nod, her voice slightly shaking as she talked. She was nervous around strangers, and hadn't left the house in a long time, although determined to make friends.

Nayomi-chan Xinian grinned at him and rested his head on the shifter's shoulder once more, his fingers idily stretching to twist in the other boy's hair.
"Good then. But for now... maybe a nap?"

Xinian's tail flicked back and forth behind him as he slowly settled into a nap. The air wasn't too cool so it wasn't bad for sleeping in the buck. Plus there was always the added bonus of Fae's strong arms around him. Chuckling to himself at his luck he tucked his head under the shifter's chin and absently licked his chest before succumbing to sleep.

Fluffy, Haruna repeated before smiling brightly, echoing the the other word as well. Beautiful! she said with a small laugh, her dark eyes shining brightly to the boy.

It's true, Enapay said. How is it possible for someone to be half human and half animal? he asked, moving to sit next to her. I don't understand how a person can breed with an animal... especially a rabbit, the boy said, shaking his head as he tried to imagine it. But if it's possible and they all look as nice as you...

"Cheers, to another day of...being alive." Joy sighed at such a depressing toast. Was there really nothing to celebrate anymore?
Of course not. Her life was, at the moment, utterly bland in every way. Whatever friends she might have had before probably didn't remember, and in truth, she hardly recalled any of them either. Ah well. She poured the sake into her cup and plopped down in the spot she happened to be standing in, cracking open her latest book.

My mommy is half rabbit... my daddy is half tiger, though. I have many half animal siblings... my mommy is a goddess, if that might help you understand how it is possible, Haruna tried to explain, though she didn't quite understand it herself.

A goddess? No, not quite... Haruna blushed. I am alone because I don't have any friends, she admitted, looking down with a frown. I had a friend once, but she left and didn't come back... she sighed.
