((actually the ultimate lightning technique can be only achieved if the user uses have both fire and lightning chakra the technique requries intense heat to rise into the atmosphere to summon thunder clouds to generate a huge concentration of lightning in the sky then a small amount of lightning chakra like chidori to take control of it and manipulate it's shape, since the lighting itself is a natural concentration of energy this technique requires little to no chakra at all, and also because lightning can reach the ground at 1/1000 of a second it reaches speeds hundreds of times faster then the speed of sound making it impossible to dodge this technique generally can take lightning from the heavens itself then aim it through your skull obliterating you its called kirin and it's sasuke's ultimate move)) cloud watches bao finish his fire technique.

Shinji walked into the Suna training ground after passing border security after a long hike from Iwagakure. He said, " Well, after hiking to Myouboku Mountain and Cloud teleporting me to Iwa gettting here was pretty easy thanks to my training. I'll just eat and wait for Cloud to show up." He then took out his bento box and ate some salmon and rice.

cloud looked over shinji with his finger in his mouth a little hungry "shinji may I have some???" noticing how pretty fast and mysterious cloud appeared before shinji.

"SWEET!!!" cloud happily eat some of shinji's salmon as he turned back to richard "this area is great for the use of earth ninjutsu that are as less malable and dense of the actual rocks and minerals" cloud is ready to train shinji for the next earth technique.

cloud sighed "well thats going to be a little more difficult to teach since it relies on your body's resitance to physical injury lets begin with forming the hand seals then condense the minerals on your body once done I will strike and see how much did your body resist the strike" cloud gets ready to attack.

cloud prepared himself "not to worry shinji im going to make a quick strike with my chakra to simply destroy the rocky composition the surrounds your body if it's not complety destroyed then you masterd the technique" cloud made a first strike as he made a incredbly fast poke of his finger which easily impales shinji's rocky composition which destroyes the rock like skin entirely with a little shockwave.

cloud made another strike which severly cracks a huge chunk of the skin as it crumbles away again.

cloud summoned kunai from the summoning marks on his wrist and throws two of them at shinji at a incredible fast killing rate as the kunai deflects off of him and severly cracks shinji's skin
