That's good to hear, most people I talk to say it's going to suck so they don't want to see it.

As for it sucking, as long as it's a fun entertaining film I'll be fine with it, I'm not expecting another Dark Knight. sweatdrop
But as far as awesome goes, I am so pumped to see Tropic Thunder! whee

Well the last one took things too far and it just got stupid..so I guess people expect the same from this one. I'm not expecting it to be like the first and I'm not expecting anything brilliant..just some fun action.

I saw the new Mummy film, and I have to say, it wasn't that bad. If you're going into the movie for a storyline then you'll be saddened, but as long as you just want to see some fighting and some comedy it's a pretty good movie for that.
Stiller yes, but Jack Black just did "Kung fu Panda" if that qualifies in your book, but yes it has been a while since either of them did a live-action film.
I haven't seen Step Brothers yet, but I heard it was really funny and one of the best the two have done in a while. 3nodding

Yeah live action is what I ment.
Right, The Mummy was good, but I along with your points I also feel the mummy wasn't really in the movie enough.
I don't want to see Step Brothers. It looks like there will be some funny stuff, but I think it'll probably be very stupid like Scary Movie type films.

I don't expect anything from it apart from fun and action, so I shouldn't be dissapointed sweatdrop I know it's not gunna be anywhere near as good as the first one, which is one of my favourite movies OF ALL TIME wink
I like Jack Black, but I don't like Ben Stiller...I've seen a trailer for Tropic Thunder but can't say I'm really interested..it didn't share my sense of humour sweatdrop

Well I enjoy Ben Stiller films, well some of them, Heart Break Kid wasn't that good.....
But lately he's been playing stupid characters in his movies, but he does it well so I won't stop him. xd Like Zoolander, most of the characters were so stupid in that film, but they did it in a funny way, by making fun of models. That's basically what they're doing again only with actors this time. 3nodding
Yeah, you didn't really see a whole lot of the mummy in the film did you? I mean he kinda randomly shows up throughout the movie and then has a slightly larger impact in the last 10-15 minutes of the film. But I must say, for the length of the film they did a lot in it, whether or not that's a good or a bad thing is really for everyone to decide for themselves. sweatdrop xp
Well knowing the types of films they've done before Step Brothers, as long as you get yourself prepared for a dumb comedy, it should be great. So umm....stay up for roughly 20 hours and then go see it, it should be hallarious. But I really can't comment on it too much since I haven't seen it yet. xp
