'When did i start taking advice from humans?' Violet replied, chuckling to herself and scaring a stray dog she was passing.
'I'll see you soon Dream...i want to see what a star warrior fears' She didn't want to speak anymore, but she left the connection open, wondering if he'd reply. Shaking back her long dark hair she took to the sky, her sharp emerald eyes scanning the ruined city. She'd show them she was a threat all right. Her parents were so good they were hunted by both sides, and Violet was confident she could beat that record.

Dream smiled to himself at her reply, and the attitude that accompanied it. You do that. And I'm not human, though I may look it. Don't forget that. His fears weren't normal at all. Of course he feared things, but not anything that Violet could easily take advantage of. He wasn't too worried on that part.

Violet chuckled in her head then said,
"You may not be human, but your a Starr. Did you know that blue giant's have a short life span?" chuckling at her own joke she severed the connection between them. As she flew she sighed. She'd come so far in just a few days, moving from assasian on the run to almost sympathetic to the groups biggest threat. Feeling hungry again she dropped into a dive, falling into a busy main street.

All of this arguing, talk of love and friendship, hate and weakness; Liam couldn't take it. It confused him, made him wonder ifthey thought of him as a friend or an enemy. He frowned to himself, slowly walking away from both Violet and the group. Maybe he'd just find the objects oin his own, maybe it would be an easier task if they spread out anyways...

In all the talking, Leila could still here Liam's footsteps leaving. "Liam!" she yelled, holding up her bloody hands for him to see. "You're telling me my actions were for nothing? That you're still going to leave after trying to help you? That none of us mean anything to you after trying to get rid of whatever it is that's possessing your body? What can Violet and the other demons do for you except allow it to take over your body again?" She wanted to desparately run over to him, to drag him away from Violet's side and force him to stay. But she no longer had the energy nor did she believe Violet would even allow her to get that far....

Holly watched the exchange with a seemingly vacant expression. However, her thoughts ran at a million miles per hour and she could tell that there was an unspoken aspect to the discussion between Dream and Violet.
When Liam made to leave, Holly sensed Leila's desperation and suddenly joined Liam at his side. "Liam, I don't know if I've had the pleasure of making your acquaintance. I'm Holly. I've only been able to see part of what's happened here, but won't you let me help you? We all would like to help you if you're confused."
With a kind smile, she added, "Sometimes it helps to talk things out if you're confused."

"Violet!" Miu called after her, "I'm not sure, but is it wrong for an angel to try and become friends with a demon?" she asked, turning back towards the group.

He shrugged. "Well... it depends on the demon. In theory, their morals should be so different that they would not want to become friends, but in this case it's different." He saw Holly rush to Liam, and hoped the darkness inside him would eventually quit tormenting him. He could do it, but he needed his agreement to do it right, and he doubted that would happen.

Violet weaved through a bad fight between several angels and demons. She wasn't paying attention to them though, her head to the side as if she were listening to something. She thought she was picking something up, but with all the angels surronding her she couldn't say weather it was what she was searching for. Hissing in irritation she pulled out her sunglasses, slipping them on quickly to protect her eyes. Turning to her right she tapped a large angel on the shoulder. He turned swiftly, grabbing her wrist and staring down at her with dark eyes. His eyes lingered for a moment, then travelled down to his stomach. What he saw was Violet's rapier, plunged into him straight to the hilt. As his grip on her arm began to loosen she hissed,
"Leave this place, before i decide to do worse,"
The angel nodded slowly, and Violet removed the sword, turning her back on the glowing figure. The wound wouldn't kill him, angels were far to tough for that. It gave a clear enough warning though and soon the street was empty and silent.

"Oh"Miu said, "I'm still not sure since the two sides have been fighting even more than usual. I'm still surprised Violet didn't try to kill me yet"

"You know, I almost am too. But I would guess the reason she hasn't is exactly what you were saying earlier: friendship. You're partnered with everyone here and she'd vastly outnumbered." He sighed. "We have to do something about this. Any suggestions?"

Liam grimaced at their sudden knowledge of him leaving. turning only his head to look at Holly as she appeared at his side. "You don't understand!" he lashed out, his words slow and sticcato so even Leila could hear the emphasis, "If you purge me of this.. this 'darkness' inside of me, it will take hold of you!" he turned away so that none of them could see his face, which was full of saddness, "And no matter how horrible of a creature I am, I would not forgive myself for that.. I've caused enough devistation already," he whispered, the presence of guilt clear in his voice. I am the plague.

"Wait a minute..." He had just had an idea. Liam's idea of purging was to take the darkness and make it exit him. But Dream's was a bit different. He would cast the entire darkness straight into himself, and since he possesed light magic, it wouldn't affect him. In fact, it would perish inside him.
He ran up to Liam. "You aren't evil, and I can take the darkness into myself. It can't live inside me, I use light and healing magic, the perfect weapon against it. So if you transfer the darkness to me, you can get rid of it forever. But... to do it I need your permission, it doesn't work otherwise."

Hearing Dream's words brought a bit of happiness to Leila's heart as her eyes still fixated on Liam, waiting to see what his response would be. The angel, Miu, had said Haucon was coming to her; it was he who had saved her from what she really was, what she despised.
The sting of her cut fingers was now coming forth, her hands and legs now covered in the strange liquid she thought was supposed to be some kind of blood.
"Please don't do this, Liam. We want to help you...does the fact that we care for your well-being not matter?"

"I'm sorry, I don't have any suggestions." Miu said, then turning to Liam, "Iwould take the darkness into me, but I guess I can't since it would probably do the same to me as it did you since you are-were an angel, and I am an angel too. So Dream maybe your idea will work, but how does it help with Violet?" Miu asked, then turning to Leila, "Are you ok? Do you need one of us to heal you?" she asked looking at the blood.
