Valgav Most of my pants have straps like that. But then I tend to wear extreme sports pants. xd (Snowboaring/skydiving pants. Not that I actually do any of that stuff.) Edit: This was my 20,000th post. o.o most of my fiance's pants have straps like that. which is why I bought those. you can't really tell from the picture, but they're line with lace. the pants are the uber-girly equivalent to the one's steve wears xd and sephy, they tend to not get in the way too much. only when they get caught on the up-down lever on the office chairs or when I sit funny and my foot gets inside them xd

Mine have weird ties that fit into cargo pockets. I belie that the ones on my pants are for tying your pants to your legs so that the flapping doesn't tear up your legs durningh speeds. That or for tying down stuff in your pockets. xd
