I don't think it even can." Chrono said quietly. He had very keen hearing,"But it does fly fast, so stay low and hold on."
"Are ve all ready?" Satella asked, looking behind her. Each on of them carried one or two heavy looking bags.
"Yeah, Go Satella!" Rosette urged, "I haven't ridden this thing in ages! Go!"
The creature rose slowly, its long tail brushing against the trees as it rose.
"You am sure you all 'ave ridden a horse before?" Satella asked them.
"Why are you asking them that?"
"Because this is nothing like it!"
The creature took off with a tremendous burst of speed, scattering the topmost leaves of the nearby trees. Since Satella was guiding it, she was the only one who had to stay sitting up. The other, for a wise choice, would need to sit low to avoid getting blown right off.

Kaden gave a surprised yelp and held on as tightly as he could. they al bent as low as they could and they found staying on was a much easier task. He was slightly over Blaise and his cheek was very close to hers. Glancing up at him she gave him a small smile then turned her attention to making sure the others were alright.
Glancing around Kaden could see that he and Blaise were nearly hidden because they were so close. He kissed her lightly on the cheek and saw her face go pink. She kept close to him and stayed silent for a long time. Then after a while she looked up and called to Chrono.
"Just how far away is this place? We won't have to do this for much longer, will we?"

Chrono, Rosette, and even Azmaria were accustomed to this mode of travel, and were able to sit up more and look ahead.
"It's more question of how long Satella can hold this. The duration it can last is limited with each best. This one is the only one that can fly like this. We'll have to land when it runs out."
"Yeah, so nothing fancy!" Rosette warned their busty comrade, "If you think it's gonna run out, land before we have to crash land!"
"Ah... Satella can be a bit of a show off at times..." Chrono added nervously.
"Are you two alright? I hope this isn't too much for you." Azmaria said to Booker and Loque.

Blaise frowned at the thought of a crash landing. It wasn't something she would appreciate entirely. She looked back to Loque and Booker as Azmaria adressed them. Loque appeared to be fine, the event was rolling off his back as if it happened every day. He, however, was having to hold onto his younger comrade, keeping his arm around his middle so he wouldn't slip off. Booker didn't look too good. A little greenish almost.
"I think I'm going to be sick." he groaned. Loque rolled his eyes and mouthed, he'll be fine.

"Oh! I'm so sorry, don't worry. Well land before you know it." Azmaria said, reaching out and rubbing his back, "Don't worry. You'll get used to it after a while. Try not to vomit, or Satella might kick you off."
Rosette looked back as Az tried to comfort the queasy elf. The look on his face was rather amusing.
"You didn't seem surprise when I showed this off." She added to Blaise, "Wait, did Chrono...?"

"Yeesh . . . this is the kast time I ever get on this thing again." Booker groaned. Loque rolled his eyes again and mumbled several things under his breath and all that could really be understood was big baby.
Blaise looked up to Rosette innocently as if she didn't understand what she was talking about, "Oh, what? Oh, Satella mentioned something as I met them at the fountain. It's not like we didn't expect it anyways." she smiled.

"Oh, don't worry. It'll be alright. I guess most Elves don't fly." Azmaria told him,"It a shame. It's wonderful to fly..."
Azmaria looked very happy with the thought of it. It was true, she had wings, but did very little flying since they weren't very strong.
"Was it that obvious?" Rosette asked, frowning, "Jeez, I didn't think I was that ovious about it. I mean..."

"Eh, no." Booker said pointedly, holding a hand to his mouth for a brief moment then taking it away, "Elves don't fly. If we were meant to fly we'd be given wings . . ."
"Oh, and if we had wings I'm sure we'd be well equipped to use them." Loque smiled down at Booker who groaned, he knew a retort was coming. "Well . . . maybe not you . . . I'm sure you'd look like a butterfly."
Booker made a face up at him and Loque lifed an eyebrow with an expression that said, I can let you go and push you off at any time . . . don't test me.
Blaise smiled a little as she looked up at Rosette, "Don't worry about it."

"Oh, no. I'm sure you'd look very nice with wings." Azmaria told him, "I can try and help you with that fear of flying if you'd like. Satella! May I fly?"
"Keep close and do not dawdle. I've 'ad to slow down enough already. Zhe rest of you can sit up now, ve aren't going zhat fast anymore."
Azmaria smiled widely as she stood up, the bit of hair that weren't tied back whipped around her face.
"Come on! It'll be fun! You won't be to heavy for me!" She said, grabbing both of Booker's hands. Before her could object, she'd already taken step right off the edge of the creature's back.
The two dropped for a split second, before a sudden updraft sent the two of them gliding pleasantly alongside Satella's odd creature. Azmaria had wrapped her arms around Booker's middle, and showed surprising strength in behind able to hold him up at they flew.
"Spread your arm out. I promise I won't let you fall."
"If she doesn't drop him, the poor guy's going to have a heart attack..." Rosette murmured to the others.

"Oh, I'm not so sure--ahh!" Booker shouted as Azmaria took him up into the air. He wasn't really afraid of heights, but if she dropped him that would quickly change. He put out his arms as she had instructed, trying not to freak out and have a totall spazz moment.
Blaise, now able to sit up, looked to Azmaria and Booker, laughing a bit, "By the look on his face I'm sure a heartattack is likely."

"Calm down." She told him. She gave him a small squeeze to let him know she had a tight grip.
"Shut your eyes if you have to. Just relax." She instructed,"It's not so bad once you go at it for a while. I do it whenever I can."
"Maybe not, if she can trust her I thik it'll be okay."Rosette added, "But if not, it'd be hilarious to see their faces..."
The wind was beginning to pick up a bit, making it easier for Azmaria to just glide along.

Booker nodded slightly and closed his eyes, trying to relax. He slowly started feeling better and less like he was going to throw up. For a brief moment he wondered . . . no, she looked much too young.
"All in good humor." Blaise smiled, "Let's just hope no one dies."
Blaise looked about distractedly for a moment. Out of the Corner of her eye she saw Chrono and felt intrigued to ask him something, it was rather important.
"Chrono . . . where exactly are we going?" she asked, "It's kind of important, you know."

"See. Much better, isn't it?" Azmaria asked with a smile, "Ready to try something else?"
Chrono grimaced.
"We're going back to where a lot of this began for us. The place where we'd first prepared to fight off the demons, but were stopped before we had a chance..."
Rosette caught bits of the conversation, and paled.
"Wait, what? NO!" She objected, "Chrono... w-we're not going back there! Please tell me we're not!"
"Rosette, calm down..."
"I can't! I can't believe you didn't tell me before!"

Upon hearing a shout from down below, Booker opened his eyes and looked to its sorce. "I have a feeling that should wait untill later." he said to Amaria, "Something's wrong."
Blaise was a bit taken aback by Rosette's reaction. The girl was clearly upset about going to their destination. Shooting Kaden a glance he shrugged slightly and looked back to Chrono and Rosette. Blaise was about to mumble another something about all the secrets the two of them were keeping from them but thought better of it.
"I have a feeling there's a longer story behind this one." she said pointedly.

"Rosette we should t-"
"I'm not speaking to you." She hissed evilly. Chrono looked a little frighten by her reaction, and gave Blaise a sad look.
"We're going back to a place where a lot of this began." Chrono told her,"We attempted to assemble a force to fight the demons, but were underminded."
"Ve vill 'ave to land soon." Satella said, looking at the jewel in her hand. They'd actually been flying for a couple of hours and had covered a lot of ground. They couldn't even see the tiniest bit of the Evashire anymore.
"Azmaria! Zhere is a river near here. Land zhere!" Satella ordered, her creature had amazing sight, and could loan that skill to its master.
Azmaria nodded, and the smile was replaced with a intense gaze as she began to descend.
"Well, did you enjoy this at all?" She added to Booker quietly.
