I'm getting mine at The Broom Closet. They're only a half-hour drive away from my place & their cloaks are cheaper than most of the ones I see online.

Well if I had the money and materials I would try experimenting to make my own stuff... Cuz I've wanted to cosplay as Xellos before anyways.... ninja
I had this part of a tree branch once that took for ever to saw off cuz the saw was rusty and crap and I proabably don't have much in the way of upper body strength yaddayadda.... Yeah. But it was awesome cuz I don't think many cosplayers ever have REAL wood for their staffs, but I dunno.. I'm just spectulating now. xd
Plus another reason I wish I could sew if because I want to make my own plushies... whee heart Ever since I was younger I've always liked to customixe everything I have and make my own stuff... I think it could possibly be an obsession ne? o.o *shrug*

I think its natural to want to make your own stuff. For years I've wanted to ether take up carving or learn how to make dolls myself. I can make scarfs though^^

Ty Ty That store looks pretty amazing, your pretty lucky to live so close to it anne 3nodding We don't have much good in petaluma sweatdrop bisides stuff way to flippin expensive to buy!>< It was the only store like it that I could find in the area. The owner is very nice, so I certainly don't have a problem shopping there. I also lucked out with their wares being generally cheaper than online stuff. Not only can I get things for a lower price, I also don't have to worry about shipping & handling.

Yeah and then you get the item and you see that it's shipping was NOTHING what it said it was that you paid and then you just get pissed and say "******** YOU EBAYERS!!!!111!!@&^(29pealr"....... Yes.

I know what you mean...I have to order my alcohol-based markers from online. ;_; so that's eighty bucks. My sister bought me my last set and she wanted express shipping and handling, which was another eleven dollars. XD;
