So I want you to know I was thinking about the suburban sweater dad Au with Ben and Leon and like Imagining them at their college graduation party, with their families and all attending, and them standing up to make a toast or something, and then taking each others hands when they have everyones attention and being like "Also, btw, ******** you all, we're getting married, l8ter suckers."
And literally running away like right then on foot cackling madly
while noel halfheartedly pretends to be shocked

I also meant to mention I actually do have one freelance alchemist. He's always looking for delivery boys, fairy dust (to collect for future enchantments), and clients. He's a huge shut in. All he really does is experiment and he's always looking to create new enchantments to add to his arsenal of knowledge. So if you ever wanna stumble upon him for extra work, or perhaps want a little bit of your character's dust with advesper enchantments mixed in let me know!
