Tray glanced at Beck and then blushed as he wrapped his cloak around her then held her close she looked down as they continued on their walk still blushing.

He grinned at hearing his name. The King then held her closer as he sighed "I needed this. The tournament was....quite difficult to deal with..." The night of the attack flashed in his mind, causing him to freeze up.

Beck blinked, quiet for a moment before looking at Tray and nodding. "Yeah...I did." A grin on his face after the statement before adding "As you saw, it was all just a warm up."

"I'll try not too." chuckled the King as he continued to walk through the garden with his arm around Tray.

Tray walked in silence after this enjoying the moonlight but after awhile sleep started to get to her and she put her head on Beck's shoulder, and closed her eyes, by then the two had moved to sitting on bench.

Beck looked at her and smiled as she leaned against his shoulder. He went ahead and held her closer, making sure his cloak was around her enough to keep her warm before he asked "Would you like to head back to bed, Tray?"

Beck nodded and stood up before picking up Tray. He smiled at her and said "Go ahead and sleep then. I'll take you too your room."

Tray blinked when he picked her up she looked up at him then blushing a little she nodded lightly as she closed her eyes to sleep, leaning her head to his chest she lightly heard his heart beating.

Beck smiled at her as he began to walk towards his castle in silence, looking down at her to see a peaceful woman in his arms. Despite all the years that they were training together, he was always surprised at how light she was. Tray's beauty was illuminated even more in the moonlight. The soft blue hue descending upon them was soothing, even more so with the crickets chirping. A few moments later it would all fall silent as the door to his castle closed, leaving a tangible silence that would only be broken by his footsteps.

Tray could tell they were back inside the castle and she felt even more tired knowing she would be in a bed soon she snuggled into him more still fast asleep.
