She would call out loudly as the pokemon came forward, the Wooper would hold his ground as he would spray his attack outwards ...forward towards his opponent as the water would spew outwards .....one long lashing spray of water ...aimed seemingly for the face of his opponent.

Tyson smirked as Alex reluctantly said he won. He then was just able to catch the item Alex threw to him, before it was able to hit the ground. He looked over the item for a bit and then placed it in his backpack. He then looked back at Alex. "Don't Worry, we can do this again, another day." He said sarcastically. Tyson then headed to the back of the gym to find and Meet Excell. Tyson's back was killing him at this point, but that wasn't gonna stop him from finishing what he needed to do. As he walked to the back he pulled out the Rare Bone.

The Pokesmith Excell would call out upon seeing him. The item it would seem was already on display at the man would simply wave him towards him.
"I see you must be from the academy, and know my price already. So, I might as well tell you up front that you aren't done yet ....show me your starter pokemon so I can tell you exactly what items you need to get for me ...in order for you to receive your new weapon."
"You don't think those of the strike team go in empty handed and leave their pokemon to fight alone do you?"
The older man would asks as he laughs at him lightly with his belly jumping.

Tyson looked around and then at Excell as he called him in closer and what he had to do. Tyson went in closer and placed the Rare Bone on a table. He then put his hand in his pocket and brought out a pokeball and threw it. Then out came his Deino. "This is Deino, my starter." He said as his Deino came over to him and sat by his feet. "I bet i get a very cool weapon, because i have a very cool pokemon." He said with a smirk on his face as Tyson looked towards Excell.

"Hmmm...your items, that I need to you to retrieve for your weapon are a metal coat, which you can find in the forest past this place. The second item will be found in the mines through the residential area."
"So, you need to head east and west, the second item ...the one found in the caves ...is a Dark Gem." "You need both before I can forge your weapon."
The man would declares with a smirk as he would wait for them to head out.

"It'd be like fighting a Nidoran then suddenly you evolve into a freaking Nidorino." he declared back. Oh come on no Pokemon is defenseless. Except for Magikarp.

It was his whinnying that did it as she turned and quite literally started to hop away.
(Cowards shouldn't start battles they aren't prepared to fight)
She muttered. There was no way in hell she was going to stay there and argue with a fish out of water.

"And cowards shouldn't uneven the odds." Sai said as the trio walked/hopped/floated on with the journey to town. Tsuki only saw a brief exchange of "horseas" and "wormadams", meaning he was clueless to the arguement. They were near the town at least, he could see it from where he was. If they didn't run across another ghost Pokemon, he'd be content.

Tyson nodded his head as he listened to what items he needed to bring back to Excell. Once he was told what to do he left the gym and headed east to the forest to find the Metal Coat. Tyson didnt know what Metal Coat was or looked like, but he figured he would soon find out as he then stepped into the Forest and started to look for the Metal Coat.

If one travels from one side of the island to the other ....they would find the true face of the island. Where the wilderness and the pokemon had managed to drive away all human interferences ....pokemon here live and fight. The area actually overground in trees instead of the barren hills and rocks that people before now have seen.

A flash of wings and steel would have them facing something completely different near the forest edge....as his head snaps towards them. His wings spread out and fanned to each side of himself as he clack his beak loudly and grounded his claws into the dirt.
A Skarmory of the metal type ...stared at them both. His wings spread, and his feet apart ...the stance said it all.
They wouldn't be passing him by. As he would sweep his wings only once through the air ...before giving a caw that was nothing but loud. This was a prideful bird.

Tsuki allowed Embitter to take the stand. "You're probably the most up front Pokemon here. I like that. Too bad I don't have a Pokeball, but I'll accept your challenge. You're the challenger so you make the first move. Embitter, take up guard." the boy said. Yeah, he really wished he had that Pokeball about now. This Skarmory was a fighter, and more noble than the other Pokemon he met. Thus far he showed all the makings Tsuki wanted. Accepting he couldn't catch him, he decided to battle.
Embitter raised her arms in defense, giving the same prideful stance. This battle would be interesting.

Tyson walked his way through the forest of the island looking to get himself to the area where he was going to be able to find this Metal Claw he needed himself to find for his weapon for Excell. Tyson didnt know where to go, so he just went straight and hoped for the best.

The Skarmory caw his beak in a scone of those words. The boy was acting like he was an easy one to tame and even more so that he could actually beat him in battle.
He would flick his wings once as he laughed at the thought ...before he drive his right one into the dirt. Sticking the metal so deep that the edges would disappear before he would draw them out again swiftly lifting a sort of gritty sandy arc after him ...across the face of the Yamask if the pokemon wasn't smart enough to get out of the way.
As he would use sand attack to try and spray the Yamask in the face.

A small flick of flames would ....light next to him ....as eyes would appear out of no where. The Litwick would appear in a flicker of flames ...as she would come towards him ...it was pure curiousity that would bring her closer. She wasn't so much as looking for a fight as she was looking for lunch as she would go transparent and then reappear at his side.
She could almost taste his soul ...as she thought about devouring him whole ...as she flicks in front of them. She was more than ready to deal with them as she smiles lightly.
