I speak Cantonese, but I can't read or write anything but numbers and my name and other simple things.

I'm Pekka (cantonese= 北卡 / mandarin= 贝卡)
I'm originally from Finland but now living and working in Hong Kong. I've been here for 6 months now and plan to stay for at least a few years more.
My Chinese name(s) don't really mean anything meaningfull and they are just names on my company namecards. rolleyes
I'm a long-time China-enthusiast, interested in a large variety of things about the history and culture. I've been trying to learn the language (both of them) but I'm a lazy student. wink
