Sen had taken a guess at such things. Having not been around to see how Ryan berserked, he still theorized that they would likely have some side effects if it. If it caused it's user to become a monster in the eye's of their peers and needed multiple versions, it was likely an imperfect method of harnessing such power.* I would say that is the proof your mentors didn't know as much as you may think. Yes. They probably knew a good deal of information, but not everything related.

*Turning to the greeed, he laughed. Shifting his attention briefly, he responded to the offer.* That is fine, though I am mostly interested in how you came about. I'll give you an answer to one of your questions for such information.

*Sen listened to Ahnk go on about how the Greeeds were made, then attempt to stop and pull information. This was a trick he had used several times himself, using half of the desired output for completion of someone else's end of the deal. He laughed to the bird-greeed's attempt at bartering.* You've told me what I need to know in the first half of your explanation. Yes. The end result I can see for myself. So it was the work of an alchemist named Gara. Hmm. Interesting.

*Jumping from the tree, he landed in another, taller tree not far from the one he was in.* I could say that half answer is worth the smaller question I had answered just a moment ago for, Ryan was it? *A smirk crossed Sen's face even more.* An answer is worth an answer too. I will not answer more than one question for every question I have answered. That is the fairest exchange rate in these circumstances.

*His smirk moved away. Things had gone well enough so he was willing to give some leeway at the moment. It wasn't the option he would usually go, but he had to establish a base of trust with his people. Afterall, he wasn't here to make them attack him. Sen was there to gain knowledge of the world around him.*

*Watching Ryan's reaction, a smirk began forming on his face again. Following along with what Ryan said, the smirk vanished just as it had formed. Jumping over to where the two were again, he stayed crouch on the ground.* I'll answer, but this one will require more mental effort. Yes. *Sen didn't want to just say the location. First, there was no fun in that. Second, FoundationX was comprised of his people as well, thus so easily giving an enemy their location wasn't in his interest.*

The place you seek is designated for his kind's allurement. *Motioning over to Ahnk, Sen laughed a bit.* Yes. That will be the last question I answer for now. I think we've concluded all we can in this line of inquiry. *Jumping up and flipping in the air before landing a bit away, Sen looked to them both one more time.*

Such as one of these. *Taking out a core medal, the same one as before, Sen laughed and began to sink into the ground. Disappearing from sight, as well as the sound of his laughter vanishing, Sen had left the area.*

*Panick and mayhem once again struck the city. In a semi-open public area, in front of a fountain, people began fleeing and running for their lives. Gon stood in the distance, having only just arrived from his slow walking pace. He had been wondering around for quite some time distraught over the loss of the others. As he saw the people scream in terror and run, he thought to the few times that Maria, Hayate and Eiko had been helping him attempt to thicken their numbers. Now however, he was alone again. Feeling a heavy weight in his heart, he sighed and watched the people flee. Neither chasing them nor helping, he simply stood as the river of fleeing people passed him.

His eyes rose up from the ground and people's feet as they stumble-ran past, looking towards the monster. It looked like it belong to an ancient tribe that had long since been made obsolete. It continued to attack people savagely, jumping on anyone who was unfortunate not to flee yet or was lagging behind to sob or mourn those who had fallen already. Uncaring what would happen to the people and not really wishing to go into a conflict himself, Gon was ready to turn and slowly leave the area. Before he could however, a woman's scream pierced the crowd. Looking over, Gon saw a man get hit by the monster and fall back on the ground. A cloaked person caught them, sobbing, before another person fell next to them after being tossed by the creature.

After clutching the person for a moment, the cloaked person stood up and screamed again at the monster. Something was said that Gon couldn't quite make out, before the cloaked person suddenly changed before his eyes. Gon's eyes widened as another orphnoch appeared from the transformation, rushing in and attacking the other monster. The two exchanged blows, poorly, and paced around each other like animals fighting for territory. Setting his case down, Gon smirked towards the fight for a moment.* Another orphnoch is in this town? Excellent! This means naturals can exist in this world as well.

*Watching the two fight, he could see the person wasn't a fighter. Their movements slightly clunky, their fighting very inexperienced, he knew he would have to train the person to be better. The orphnoch was knocked back by the gurongi monster, stumbling back a bit and smoking from the previous attack. Gon smiled then as the orphnoch recovered, rushed back in, and landed a good kick to the head of the gurongi, watching the bird-seeming orphnoch monster fight against the ancient tribesman. His smiled vanished quickly however, as suddenly the gurongi took out a weapon and hit the bird orphnoch hard.

Flying back through the air, the orphnoch smashed through a statue in the middle of the fountain while sparking quite a bit. Landing a few feet from the fountain, the orphnoch burst into blue flames before turning to dust. His joy washed away, quickly replaced by anger and disgust. Maria's death was brought on by herself, Hayate was unstable and Eiko wasn't able to maintain himself either. This orphnoch however had just been murdered infront of him, replacing his hollow and sorrow-filled emotional state with one of rage and more pain than before. Growling out, he took out the phone from before.

Entering the proper code of 555, he flipped the phone closed then spun it in the air as he did before. The phone spiraled in the air quickly and harshly, landing perfectly into the slot and moving itself from the upright position more into a belt-buckle position. Red lines appeared from the belt, before finishing his transformation from Gon into the rider called Faiz. Rushing in, Gon immediately caught the monster with a hard punch attack which caught it by surprised. As it turned to see what was attacking it, Gon gave it a hard step side-kick into the jaw. The hit made the rival monster fly off it's feet and squirm with pain before being picked up by the neck and whipped with both of Gon's hands into what remained of the statue in the fountain.

Jumping in after the monster, Faiz picked them up by the collar to bring them to their feet and allow him to punch the monster several times over. Anger filling every hit, Gon was horribly beating the gurongi monster into a pulp, allowing this to be a sort of physical therapy to make the recent events in his life sting a bit less. Stumbling back in the water, the gurongi was hit with a strong front kick by Faiz and sent failing over the fountain into a nearby bench. Rolling out of the way in time, it avoided a jumping stomp-like move by Faiz who came crashing down on the bench which smashed apart upon impact.

The monster stumbled more, trying to run away. It didn't wish to die here, as it still had more humans to kill in order to fulfill it's twisted game. Running away, the gurongi wasn't expecting a large red drill to suddenly appear behind it. Suddenly a large array of them appeared before beginning to drive into the monster from all directions. The monster exploded violently as a white and silver Faiz suddenly re-appeared. The chest armor shifted, going back into it's normal look before the white went away and returned to the normal red-appearance the rider had. Disengaging his transformation, Gon glared through his sunglasses at the smoking area where the monster had been.

Sighing deeply, he walked over to the case he had left in order to jump in. Hoisting it on his shoulder again, he turned to start leaving. Stopping for a moment however, he decided to walk over to the ash pile where the fallen orphnoch was. Ignoring that the remains were still burning a blue flame, he closed his eyes and seemingly prayed inside for the fallen orphnoch he hadn't known. The flames turned red for a moment before sinking into the dust. Forming up, the ashy pile of what remained of the monster became the monster again. Shifting away from the form and returning to a cloaked, humanoid form, the human gasped for air and fell down, panting a bit from the procedure.*

Amazing, your able to recover from that state?
*Shrieking a bit, the woman in the cloak turned to stare at Gon. Her eyes were dulled, though emotion of pain and sorrow were filling them slightly from the events that had just occurred. Quickly looking away to avoid eye contact with the stranger, she shuffled over to the person she scrammed over earlier and stared down at their corpse. Crying a bit, she fell to her knees over their body.*

I seek to purify this land. We orphnochs must stick together.
*Sniffling a bit, she hesitantly responded to his words.* Orphnochs?... We?
*Gon smiled to her.* Yes. Your an orphnoch like I am. I seek to purify this planet and allow the evolution of humanity to bring peace to this world.
Evolution?.... *Her voice faltered a bit.* It is a curse more than an evolution.
Curse? No my dear. You are one of the few chosen who can grow beyond what the humans are limited by.
...what do you mean?
Orphnochs are stronger people. They can aspire to be greater, live greater.

*The girl hung her head a bit lower.*
I don't know what your condition is, but you seem to be in need of some help. I can't offer you much now, but I offer you the future. I will find a way to help you become a true orphnoch.
*Looking down to her fallen friend, then to the gore and death around her, she looked briefly to Gon then down to her friend again.* You.. can fix me?
Not yet, but I will obtain that power once I find enough of our kind to help me. If you are one of them to help, I promise that I will reverse whatever is wrong with you.
*She hesitated again, then answered.* I've been alive too long, I've died too often.... and all those I love tend to die... I don't want to live in this agony. I want to trust your words...
*Clutching her friend for a moment before letting him go, she got to her feet and looked to the death one more time.*
I.... I'll help you under two conditions.

Name them.
First, you'll have to make good on your promise. I can't stand this agony...and I can't take being seen as an outcast by so many people around me.
I told you I would help and I mean my word. I'm not like one of the insects I crushed just now.
*She winced in thought of what the gurongi had done.* ...On the subject of that beast, that is my second condition. I... *Hesitating more, she looked to her friend.* I don't want to be used to hurt anyone.
Our methods arn't this brutal. We might loose some people, but we--
No!! *She nearly screamed the no out before becoming more timid and lowering her voice greatly.* I know what your speaking of. I refuse to do that to... I... I don't want to harm any innocent people. Human or otherwise.

*Gon shifted his glance to the woman's friend on the ground. It was clear to him the person was human and that with no one around she had to have bonded with them more. Looking to her again, he smirked.*
As long as you don't stop our peoples growth, you don't have to outright participate in the event.
Good... I don't approve of anyone really dying though....
I don't either. *Gon stepped away a bit, taking a breath.*If it was up to me, every human would turn into an orphnoch with no complications. There would be no failures. Humanity as a whole isn't ready for the gift of supremacy however.
I don't really agree with that.. but I don't want to be in pain anymore and I don't want to be this weak again. *She looked down to her friend one last time before turning her back. There was nothing she could do for him.

Gon smiled to her.* I am Gon, I will help make this planet a world that is as good as the one I hail from.
*Keeping her head low and covered with the cloak, she kept from making eye contact.* My name is Ochimura Miki. I really would like this peace you speak of. I don't want to witness any more conflicts or people I know die...
*Nodding, Gon began leading her away from the area before people would return.*
We will first go to give you a little training. I want you to be able to fight. There are dangerous people that I think will find us sooner or later. *Gon thought to the riders, who no doubt would try to stop them the next place they hit. He was inspired by finding an orphnoch to keep his quest up, to keep trying to sire or find other orphnochs.

*The two had come from a small area where Gon felt the need to attempt another systematical siring of humans. None of them had worked out and the whole thing sickened Miki a bit. Going for a while, she suddenly gasped out and went rushing ahead of Gon. Stopping in his tracks, he watched her rush over to the corpse, ignoring the person who was over it. *

You... you murdered him... *She looked over the dead body, hating to see another person dead. Gon began walking again, going over towards the situation.* Nevermind him. This isn't our business, Miki. *He eyed the person and the body, slightly cautious to what kind of monster they could be dealing with now.*

*As the man turned to dust in her arms, she turned to look at Gon. Knowing what Miki was saying to him with her expression, a smile went on his face.* We are friends if you are what I think you are. You've evolved, becoming a gray colored entity with great powers correct? If so, then we are your comrades, here to help one another flourish.

Ankh had raised a brow when Sen mentioned a place his kind is alligned. It meant greed, desire...but were is the place with the largest concentration of desires?


~In the past~

Kivat flew above the group of Orphenoc. He listened in on their conversation. He didnt like this. They were attacking humans but since they were not fangire Rio didnt get alerted to their actions.

Kivat blinked realizing the spotted him. He gulped thinking they would attack but then sighed in relief. Meanwhile Rio had walked up slowly to the right of the duo (left of Johan). He sighed hearing the way the first orphanoc talk and shook his head. "Is that realy what you believe? That you are just liberating these people? Looks more like killing them to me."

"I agree...just seems like killing. I certainly hope that person didnt have a family waiting for them." Kivat motioned to the pile of ash.
