The chakra system is very easy...
each rank has a basic amount, that means no bloodline/clan or demon
Thats considered low chakra level
There is also Medium and high chakra level
Medium chakra level is for those with bloodlines or clans
To get the number for this amount you..
Example: Academy student- 15(c)x30%= 19. somthing but you just put it as 19 chakra points.
High level chakra is for those who are head of their clan or bloodline or have a demon (demons will work different based on the demon)
To get the number of this amount you...
Example: Chuunin- 40(c)x 50%= 60 chakra points
