Hikaru looked around as she walked toward the hot springs, making sure to avoid the leering eyes of any guys who might have happened to be hanging around looking for a glimpse of some hot girl walking by. She was wearing a white tank top and blue jean shorts, with her swimsuit underneath. Dashing into the girls' changing room, she took off her shirt, shorts, and shoes, putting on a pair of sandals and walking out toward the girls' only section of the springs. After kicking off the sandals in the corner of the room, she slowly lowered herself into the steaming water.
"Mmm... that feels goooooood..." she remarked out loud to no one in particular, leaning back and stretching out against the side of the pool. "I should've come here a long time ago!"

Rayna and Kylie ran into the girl's changing room and the hotsprings, chatting absent-mindedly. They had decided to ditch Charlie for a while and hit the hot springs. With their own swimsuits underneath their clothes, they stripped off their shirts and pants, Kylie putting her hair in a low, frizzy, blonde ponytail. The wound on her side was almost healed, but a large scar could be seen, with a slight light grey tinge in the center. They then walked into the hot springs where girls were only allowed to see Hiko in one of the springs.
"HIKO!" Rayna cried out loudly, waving to her. Rayna did have a pretty loud voice- one could hear it from quite a distance. Kylie and Rayna trotted over to where Hikaru was, smiling. "Mind if we join you?" Kylie asked, placing a hand on her good hip.

Hikaru snapped out of her momentary haze of relaxation when she heard a familiar voice call out. Glancing over to see Rayna and Kylie standing there, she sat up a bit and waved them over, smiling.
"Hey, you guys!" she called out loudly. "C'mon in, the water feels great! I dunno why I never thought of coming here before today!"
She leaned back on the rock she was resting against once again, tilting her head back and closing her eyes. The water really was relaxing... she could almost just fall asleep where she was sitting.

Hakai finally stood up. She was getting tired and wanted to sleep. Grabing the towel she has set for herself she wrapped it around her body and walked back into the girl's changing room, ignoring the chatting girls completely as she gathered her things. Without a word to any of them, she vanished, heading back to the dorms to sleep.

Rayna and Kylie both smiled, stepping into the spring. Once the water hit Kylie's old wound, she hissed for a moment, wincing. She then inched herself into the water, sighing. "It does feel great." Rayna repliedGoing down in the water until it reached her chin. Kylie leaned her head back, sighing. "This was so worth ditching Charlie for." she moaned, closing her eyes. Rayna laughed, nodding.

Hikaru opened one eye as she heard Kylie slide into the water. Spying the wound on her side and watching her flinch slightly, she closed her eyes again and leaned her head back.
"How's your injury, Kylie?" she asked. "I guess it still hurts a little, huh?" She hoped her friend wasn't feeling too badly - it did look a lot better since the last time she saw her at the hospital, but it never hurt to check.

Kylie looked over to her and smiled, shaking her head. "It's fine. It doesn't hurt too much." she replied, waving a hand. "I'll be okay." she added, leaning back once more. Rayna gave her a concerned glance, but said nothing of it. She looked back to Hikaru, smiling. "Did you hear about the event coming up?" she asked.

Hikaru nodded, smiling back to Kylie as she answered. She might have been lying a little about how much the wound hurt, but Hiko herself knew full well that if Kylie was feeling well enough to lie, she wasn't in any real danger. After all, she'd pulled that trick with her dad plenty of times over the years. She'd be fine.
"Hmm? Event?" She sat up, opening her eyes and looking over at Rayna. "What kind of event? I didn't hear anything." Maybe it would be something like the carnival again - that was a lot of fun, and she had even more friends to share the fun with now!

"It's a Star Test. With two people in one team battling a monster." she said, scratching her head. "You've probably heard about it." she added, ducking under the water for a second and coming back up, getting her hair wet. Kylie sat up, opening her eyes and listening to the conversation. Sure, she lied a little about the wound, but it really wasn't all that bad.

"Ohhhhhh yeah!" Hikaru said, her face lighting up in excitement. "I do remember hearing something about that now!" She leaned back again, staring up into the open sky above them. "I wonder what kind of monsters they have..." Suddenly, she whipped her head back around to face Rayna, grinning wildly. "Sounds like fun, don't you think?" xd

Rayna beamed, excited about the test herself. "It does sound fun! We can only imagine..." she trailed off, looking up at the sky herself, tapping her nose. It seemed she was tapping her nose like that more often. It was a habit of hers to do so. After a minute, she looked over to Hikaru, grinning. "...unless we join! How about it?" she offered, grinning ear to ear.

"Yeah! That would be awesome!" Hikaru squealed, bouncing slightly in place and causing water to splash around them a little. "I bet we could do really well if we teamed up! We should hit the training hall sometime and practice or something!"
She started to imagine what kind of monsters they might be called on to fight in the star test. It was exciting just thinking about it! A real fight... it was a little scary, but Hiko was sure the two of them working together could accomplish just about anything they wanted.

Rayna raised a fist in the air, cheering and laughing. "Sweet! We should! I can't wait!" she cried, beaming. Kylie smiled, clapping her hands. "I can't wait to watch." she said. Rayna sighed, leaning back and laughing. So she and Hikaru were entering the Star Test, and she was excited. It was her first Star Test, and she wanted to give it all she had. She looked over at Hikaru and beamed, giving her a thumbs up.

He smirked at her, and shook his head. "Oh, no, no." He said, tilting his head up. "I'm not going to tell you anything." He turned his head, and glanced to her. "Unless you beg. Or, prove to me that you deserve to hold such knowledge. Because, I don't think you can handle it." He grinned. "Then again, I might not even tell you then. I guess,we'll just have to find out!" He said, teasing her.

Karin's eyes peeked open again as she heard Suka's response, and she laughed quietly. "The way it reacts?" she echoed, tilting her head towards him. Her hair fell down in front of her right eye again, but she left it. "What do you mean?" She began running her fingers through the water again as she waited for an answer, watching the ripples it made. Was that what he was talking about? She was barely resisting the strong urge to splash him in the face. She also kept thinking of how funny it was that the cat had jumped right in while the wolf waited nervously on the side.
