So, in turn, I'm putting up a bounty on ANY of her charries. Proto is officially perma-banned from Taki until she removes me in kind until then... Anyone who kills a Proto Charrie, no matter the level, will be rewarded with a jutsu of their choice *within reason. ^_^
Also, since I know you're lurking here b***h, post here, please. I hope you do since that will give me permission to attack your village in retaliation. Ban me for posting, I dare you. Your a** will be banned in turn. 4laugh

We do what we want. lol. If you want to stop my character entering your village, send troops, not words. -shrug- No troops in the village? Not your village? ...theeennn... nothing to stop my character going there.

Exactly. She thinks that because she holds a Crew Position, that she can threaten anyone that goes against her with a Ban. That Scare Tactic doesn't work on everyone and when she finds someone it won't work on, she pulls this "You can't come into my village." act. She's done it in the past before.
If you follow the rules, you can't be punished because of it, which is why I'm willing to lend Hyousetsu to someone if they'd like to go into the Leaf and attack it. rofl
Anywho, back to the plans at hand, I'm thinking Kusa or Kumo would be the easiest targets to start with... though I REALLY want to end the Leaf Village of it's tyrant. xp ((She's like the New Kira.))

You'll get your chance eventually at Proto IC. She can't hide forever. As long as you don't break rules she can't do anything about you. wink

Hey guys, I know that I shouldn't be here and all that, but I wanted to ask what YOU guys want to do with Taki? Keep it a Missing-nin village and all that?
If you didn't know yet, Rachel was banned. It was a hard decision, it truly was. If you wish to know the details, ASK KOURI ONLY. Do it nicely as well.

After speaking with Kouri, I will assume the mantle of Takigakure's leader for the present.
It will remain a missing nin village, however I am going to change a few things... such as bringing the people home from Aisugakure, with the absence of naka, this is a necessity.
Takigakure will become more like Amegakure in the end, the Amegakure from the series. A haven for missing nin, but also a normally operating village.

just realised most the ppl from taki are banned or semi banned from konoha lol in that respect proto scares me lol *shivers and hides under covers* IM SORRY PROTO-SAMA! *reaches out for cookies and nibbles on them*
Edit: Just to clarify I'm not saying anything bad about Proto. She runs her village well I'm assuming since she's been kage this long. I understand what I did and why my name is on there. I'm not trying to get in a fight with anyone but now that I know I just want to go back and edit my post to NOT enter the forest. Then that post can be delete since I'm sure ppl don't want it there and whatnot's. As well as I will respect the ban and stay away from Konoha.
