He clung to the rocks, his spines flairing as he watched the lizard carefully, "Yer tha' quiet gel I met a bit ago. Amy wossname?"

"And you're that octopus guy I met awhile ago, whatshisface." The lizard retorted, little of the 'quiet girl' showing through at this point in time. "It's Amaya. And I was wondering if you've seen Alec around - has the head of a shark? A little of his green and purple mohawk is left?" She asked, gesturing to her head and getting straight to the point.

"No I aint seen no one, so sorry," He hissed, resisting the urge to spit ink at her just then. "Yer a bit yellow aboo' th'gills, now aincha'?" An insult seemed to work just as well in this circumstance.

"Well thanks anyway." She turned to leave, even as another insult was thrown her way.
"At least I don't smell like fish." Amaya mumbled, though would undoubtedly regret her actions later, if sooner depending on what Billy did.

William Woodrow himself was not a solitary type creature. He liked his brawls and he liked his group merry making, and he loved his fights. He hadn't fought since he could still stand. And hadn't swung his fist since he still had fists to swing. "Wha' did y'jes' say?" He snapped, skinblotching with red. "Y'c'mere t'me an' say tha' t'me face!"

Ahhh, s**t.
The reptile scowled and turned back around to face him, treading water to keep her head above the surface. "I said: at least I don't smell like fish."
Her sides were fighting each other. Deep down, she really hated fights and was almost never mean unless something REALLY made her mad, but this... thing wasn't being very nice to her and her temper had been shortened considerably ever since mating season started.

"Well I can't bloody HELP tha' can I?" He snarled back, "Ye bloody freak lizard!" He suddenly dove forward, shooting through the water with relitive ease thanks to his webbed tentacles, and resurfaced just close enough to squirt ink towards her face.

And although she was quicker in the water then some, she wasn't faster then an octopus. She had managed to push away from him a little, but her snout was still met with the sticky ink from Billy's mouth.
She let out a hiss, her eyes scrunching closed even though the ink only covered over her nostrils and some upper parts of her snout. Amaya ducked her face in the water, trying to wipe the black substance off.

As soon as she dove under, he was down on her, tentacles wrapping around her neck and middle and tightening like squishy, suction-cupped ropes.

The iguana's eyes shot open the second she felt his tentacles around her neck. The anger she had seconds before was forgotten, shoved aside for fight or flight - and the green iguana was not a real fighter.
Her head and tail thrashed, bubbles pouring out her mouth as she opened it. Her huge hands grabbed and tryed to claw his tentacles free of her, her legs desperatly trying to somehow reach up and scratch at his shoulder or chest or anything they could.
But Amaya's movements were slowed considerably now that she was in Billy's domain.

One hooked claw did catch and tear skin, and there was the scent of blood and fish in the water as the cepholopod-man released her, scooting away through the water towards the shore. "Bloody-!" He gasped, surfacing to gulp in proper air, "Feckin'-!"

Upon being released her five-foot-long tail lashed through the water, propeling her far away in the opposite direction towards the shore.
Her light orange head popped up from the surface with a gasp a couple of feet from the shore, coughing and sputtering as she cralwed along the bank to the grass.

He beached himself, gasping and panting for air himself as he ran a tentacle tip over the deep cuts on his shoulder and chest from her claws. "Bloody b***h!" he weased.

Amaya beached herself as well, walking along on all fours. She glared back at him with a hiss, coughing halfway through it as she walked off through the brush - leaving him to his lonesome once more.

New RP
Alec shuffled along the shoreline of the river, nose angled towards the ground as he rummaged for anything of potential use. Kicking debris into the water and out of his way into the bushes, he paused once and awhile to pick at something that caught his eye and stuff in his pocket if he wanted to save it for later. With luck he'd find something edible that wasn't tree-related.
Despite his altered facial structure, the sharkboy's teeth provided him with some amusement in the overly-quiet jungle as he whistled a tune through them.
