I demand to hear more about Borderlands, I just got it and the game is awsome, to me it blows Fallout 3 and Oblivion out of the water.

Well, you certainly have my attention now... o.0

Well the game has comedey like Brutal Legend, just not all the time. You get four characters to decide from, one of them acts like a tank, another like a mage. The game somewhat reminds me of World of Warcraft, without it being a MMORPG.
I liked the first person shooter part of it, and the game reminds me of the old west just in the future. I myself play as Roland, The Soldier, who I guess could remind me of a DPS, I love his ability to drop out a turret with cover around it, as it sure does come in handy doing boss fights, or in tough situations.

The art or graphics in the game look awsome to me, and the storyline from what I've seen so far I like. Oh, and with the cars.....road kill galore.

I'm patiently waiting for several things.

My L4D2 demo to unlock, Dragons Age Origins, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat, Forza Motorsport 3, and lastly L4D2.

L4D2 looks promising and fun but I'm that keen on spending full retail price for it just yet. I'm going to hang back and wait for the price to drop first.

As for Borderlands, Friday the 30th is the release date for the PC.

My friends and I bought the 4 pack. It works out to roughly 33 dollars apeace US.

Compared to the 40-45 they're selling it on Steam for.

I don't have friends, at least not ones who also play on Steam, so I'm just going to sit down and wait for a discount or two. I'm in no real rush to get it. I got the first game only a few weeks ago at a massive discount. L4D just isn't worth the full retail price in my eyes.

The after christmas sale. Almost every valve game goes on sale like 50% or more off.

Heck alot of other companies probobly will do that who sell via steam too. Huuuuuge profit margins for those guys during that time.

Nah I see the most Optimized Spec Roland as the ultimate support character, he can really pick up a group with his Turrets Ammo and Health Regenning abilities along with providing cover. I suggest just focussing on making your Turret BA get the Cooldown reduction in the middle tree and the Kill Cooldown reduction in the left you'll be popping your turret out real quick. I'm specing my Roland like this

Aid Station- 5/5
Stockpile-5/5
Barrage-5/5
Deploy-5/5
Supply Drop-5/5
Sentry-5/5
Impact-5/5
Refire-5/5
Guided Missle-5/5

Though right now I have a 50 Brick that is friggen Godly, he's specced

Safeguard-5/5
Juggernaut-5/5
Payback-5/5
Unbreakable-5/5
Endless Rage-5/5
Ironfist-5/5
ShortFuse-5/5
Diehard-5/5

I rarely Respawn of Go down it's amazing.

I also have a 33 Mordecai and I'm loving how I have him specced already.

Well...six days left till Dragon Age: Origins...already got my extra seven dollars waiting to be payed to get that fourth DLC, Warden's Keep when I get my copy, then saving my money for Mass Effect II. Anyways, I returned Borderland last weekend, and rented Brutal Legend sunday night, and just beat it on the easiest difficulty today, loved some of the soundtrack, mainly the more classic metal part, Ozzy, Def Leppard, and then Manowar. Ended up rented Sid Meir's Civilization...wonder if that was a mistake, probably should have rented Red Alert 3....which would be a bit easier for me to understand, as I'm still confused about the Tiberium universe....although Nod is my most favorite faction, and Kane is my most favorite character.

the footage looks awesome!

it looks like they made the predator easier so you don't haveto do blind leaps keeping an eye on energy is still important, they kept the multiple visions and the god-like weaponry but you can rip peoples heads/spines out with looks badasss!

humans still look like they got the short end with a massive arsenel of sentry guns flashlights and flamethrowers

Aliens have heightened senses that neither get and their combat remains primitive with their tail and mouth within a mouth but they still look AWESOME!! I'm wishing you can impale people with your tail listen them up int othe vent nad then rip off their head.. but wishful thinking.

I don't play CSS, haven't played CS since beta 6 or something, or the version where they removed the APC.
