Fiddlers Green Fair points. I really do sorta like the Hat anyway. And the airship. I WANT THE AIRSHIP. Seriously, that's the only thing I want from there.

maenad nuri I'm an oldbie....I don't really want any of it. I think it's kind of ridiculous now. There is so much crap to buy that you can only buy with cash instead of saving money. Then the prices are all inflated to smithereens within a couple of months, faster than people can even save unless you draw really well and sell your avie drawings for exorbitant prices. talk2hand

So, so pissed off that one of the local pagan group disbanded --- Canceling my workshop, and telling us that we weren't serious enough about our ******** them.

maenad nuri So, so pissed off that one of the local pagan group disbanded --- Canceling my workshop, and telling us that we weren't serious enough about our ******** them. It still blows my mind. Somehow doing crafty things > putting together an informative workshop on the scale of being serious about Paganism neutral I just....wow. Yea. I guess you could just look at it this way; imagine how much of your workshop would've utterly been lost on that group.

I am really sorry to hear that. You were putting a lot of work into it. At least now you have the tools to do it somewhere else, for someone else, if you so wish.

Oh, apparently my ranting pissed off one of the organizers immensly, accusing me and others of twisting her words. The other organizer? She apologized for it, offered some suggestions on what to do next. I like her -- it helps that she's actually on my friends list and part of this guild to. Thank you Deb, you did help.

maenad nuri So, so pissed off that one of the local pagan group disbanded --- Canceling my workshop, and telling us that we weren't serious enough about our ******** them. SAD! Would you be willing to travel a few hours to give your workshop at our school? I'm pretty sure that a few of us would really enjoy it. I know I would! I think our pagan group would really benefit from someone coming in and talking about paths outside of eclectic neo-pagan, New Age-y stuff.

That totally sucked Nuri!! I'd really like to hear your presentation!
Hmmph. The new shop items are very nice....but I'm going to have to get about 12 times the amount of my gold to afford any of them. ninja Massive saving time!

I'm excited! My friend is trying to make time during each meeting for someone to share something with the group, in a workshop type thing, and he's given me the ok to do a workshop on meditation next term! So that gives me a few months to learn, in detail, four or five different meditation methods that my friends aren't familiar with. I think teaching will go a long way in helping me become more sure of my path. And this will certainly help me focus my study, which at the moment is incredibly scattered because I'm trying to learn about too many things. *dances*

I hope you get better over the weekend! Having to skip classes because you're sick is horrible. *gives you a hug and some virtual soup*
