Atem laughed, dangling the monkey carefully, and glanced up for just a second when he noticed someone in the doorway. He didn't take enough time to notice who it was, exactly; he just assumed that it was Ryou. "Your kid should be happy we're taking the time out or our busy schedule to teach him to walk, Ryou, so don't get angry." Bakura blinked, and then his features changed to resemble Ryou's. He figured that if Atem didn't realize it was him yet, it would be okay to play along for a little while. He stepped into the room, silent, and went over to the little boy, scooping him up. He used Ryou's memories to figure out how to hold the toddler properly.

Kai cooed softly putting his hands on bakuras face and giggling.
Ember laughed "Atem chill." she said giving him a kiss on the cheak.

"Kira was fine with it, but I just wanted to make sure Ryou didn't overreact." Atem said, hoping he didn't sound defensive. He glanced over at Ryou, who he noticed hadn't said anything, and saw that he was staring rather blankly at his kid. Bakura turned towards Atem and Ember, his features slowly changing back into his normal cold ones. "It's amazing how much a child can grow in one year. You two, however, clearly haven't changed at all." He didn't seem to mind Kai's touchy-ness.

Bakura shrugged, turning his attention to the little boy in his arms. "Just a few minutes ago. I guess." He smiled slyly, looking up at the two. "If Ryou's memories serve me right, you two have been ******** like rabbits for a while. Congratulations." Atem got flustered, though he knew that the way to deal with Bakura was to act like what he said meant nothing. "That's absolutely none of your business, Bakura. Where's Kira?" He couldn't help but still be suspicious of Bakura; last thing he remembered, Kira and Ryou had been off together somewhere.

Bakura laughed, happy that the boy had picked up on at least one phrase. "Oh, come on, he doesn't even know what it means." He said, chuckling. He knew that there wasn't really anything she could do to get him back. Most things he could avoid by hiding in his Millennium Ring. "He's such a nice little boy."

Kira who had just entered the doorway growled "Dont be teaching my son swearwords!!!" Kai giggled "******** ********!" Kira gasped almost fainting "Kai NO!Thats a bad bad word!" kira rushed overscooping kai up. she then slaped bakura.

Bakura couldn't seem to stop laughing, even as he was slapped. "If you overreact, he's going to know it's something fun." He said, rubbing his cheek, which was starting to become dark pink.

"Oh, gods, I hope she doesn't find me..." Atem groaned, glancing towards the door. Anzu wasn't there, though, and he sighed. "I feel like I should hide now." Bakura was looking at the television, watching with interest as a large terry-cloth dinosaur bounced around the screen and sang the alphabet. Several children were with him, but there was absolutely no plot. Bakura's eyes narrowed as he tried to figure out where this letters thing was going.
