The only character that didn't return for brawl that was a character that made any sense was Dr. Mario. I'm still glad he didn't return.

They just should've kicked pikachu and given pichu it's moveset. Pichu is much cuter. And faster. The only thing that people don't like about pichu is getting hurt by using electric attacks. I think it just gives you more of a challenge.
