@ spazz I am following the rules and you are " enforceing" the grammer rules. And i am only saying that there is no " grammer" reasons for capitalizeing "I". Just that it is.
anyway i am sorry that i brought it up.

Imma have to agree with Spazz on this one Kane; although the FIRST ARTICLE which you googled came up with a New York Times post questioning the use of capitalizing "I" and claiming that it is not a grammatical reason, it provides a lot of background information claiming how the capital I came to be. I'm not sure if you read this article fully through or if you searched for points to further your argument, but it states that the "capital “I,”" was "a potent change apparently made for simplicity’s sake," simply because a small i looked a bit small in the presence of a big sentence.
In our modern culture, not capitalizing "I" has also rubbed off on others as being an uneducated, unread person. I doubt that any of our fabulous RPers are uneducated, but we'd like to use proper punctuation in this guild in order to prevent enraging anybody. ^ ^;
Simply put, the rules about I were established long ago in multiple cultures, and some do not use this rule at all. However, as a semi-literate RPing guild based in America, we all focus on using the basics of what we consider grammar in here, and that is capitalizing I at all times when referring to yourself.
Edit: Just gotta say that in OUR rules, we state that you should be semi-literate. Using a capital "I" is considered semi-literate, because it is generally accepted knowledge. Therefore, Spazz is agreeing to the rules.
