HEY EVERYONE!!! *waves*
Just a friendly warning --- someone named Helper Gal 08 is trying to hack people's info with bogus requests and banning threats. She tried it on my Goddess account and I had been warned by 2 other peeps I knew from other areas of Gaia. I'll edit this in a sec and copy in themessage she is sending out.
BE CAREFUL!!

This account is listed in blue like everyone else so I know she's full of it. That and the email provider line was a dead give away.

I did reply with in 24 hrs as requested but my reply was ---
NICE TRY but I'm not that stupid. And yeah I reported this PM.
Then I copied the report number into the email just so she knew I was serious.
People just irriatate me to no end with this kind of garbage!! scream

Lol, what a lame a** way to try and get account info....
But you know, s**t like that still exists because people STILL reply to these e-mails with their info and are getting hacked.
*sigh*

I don't know how to do this, nor would do this if I knew how, but here's an interesting idea to look out for -
A PM or thread or whatever featuring MySpace, Facebook, or any of these other networking web sites. Inside is a link to a fake, say, MySpace page. You know how you put your e-mail and password to the e-mail account to get your address book's MySpace peoples? Well, say it said -
"Enter in your Gaia nickname and password to find all your Gaia Friends' MySpace page" or something of the sort.
I can see mass hackaged if that was done right. In fact, that would be one way to get many different type of accounts from e-mail accounts, message board accounts(like Gaia), maybe even online gaming accounts such as WoW and Everquest?
Scary that I thought of it. I hope no evil-doer that knows how to do this stuff sees it.... sweatdrop
