The closest /Dragon type there is to having no weaknesses is Water/Dragon, which is weak only to Dragon.
Also I think I've said this but I want a Grass/Flying type that is more Flying than Grass. Kinda like a.. bird with leaf feathers or something.

I have been saying rock or ground ghost that is a tombstone for a while. Bug/rock(shuckle dont count his movepools terrible and he can barely attack.) , poison/electric(TORTURE), fire/ghost, fire/psychic & bug/ice
Not for any particular strength just for cool possibilities.

But they're both like two of the ugliest pokemon ever. =/
Also I had an idea for a Fighting/Flying Type... It's like a Gryphon with spikes... but then I realised that's a boss from Dragon Quest 8. xD

I have a Ground/Ghost and Fire/Ghost as legendaries...
EDIT: Bug/Dragon aswell as the Rayquaza, Mewtwo, etc of my gen.
