That earns 1... 2... 3 Melting Nazi Faces Ah Ah Ah *thunder* I believe there are things in this world that should be gender discriminate. Violet Lanterns and Witchblade bearers are two of them.

Like I said, I agree with Laura Hudson, what's good for the goose is good for the gander, and if it can't be both ways, then it shouldn't be at all.

Actually, and I may be mistaken here, but I believe the Witchblade HAS had at least one male bearer. I'm not positive on that.
The idea of it being female discriminate has always irked me something fierce. I mean, The Angelus is a female entity, fine, but The Darkness is a male entity. If the Witchblade is something in-between then either it should be completely gender-indiscriminate and androgynous OR there should be a second in-between state. A brother to the Witchblade (Warlockblade? .... WIZARDBLADE!)
The dusk to the Witchblade's dawn, if you will.
:: I really hate the way she said 'as imagined by'. It's not so much a male translation of the violet lantern costume as it is taking Star Sapphire's costume and sticking it on Hal Jordan's body verbatim. It's absolutely identical.

It may have been a clone because (atleast from the anime) the Witchblade can only bond with a woman.

It's funny, because I think the Witchblade anime might be considered part of the canon. In which case, the Witchblade would have bonded with no less than two men before the beginning of the anime, for various reasons.
Ultimately, though, it just doesn't like bonding with men. Lame.

After seeing the anime version of the armor (then comparing to the tv series version) I can understand why....

Gotham someplace.... That's where most action seems to take place. XP What's she about? Is she a vagabond?

Me: *slinks in* Sorry everyone, school's started and for some reason, being a head and staying a head is more time consuming than playing catch up.
