Sounds like fun! I'm considering doing an exchange where I'll live in the dorms, it's always been an appealing situation for me! And I have lived in one for a week, so I sort of know what it's like, though a week is incomparable to a year.
Those suites sound awesome. Awesome-possum. I'm a little tired..

Aww go to sleep Celeste. Ha ha I lived in terrible dorms for my first 2 years. Now I'm hear. I deserve my upgrade man!

The frenchies' dorms at the Uni I'm going to were built in 2003. Each room is single and has a private bathroom! Although you have to share kitchens, but they are NICE kitchens. Good thing I'm doing a bilingual program. All the other dorm-livers are fantastically jealous of those dorms.
For their open house while every other booth was working hard in recruitment, scrounging for chairs and trying to make things interesting with limited resources, the french faculty dragged in a big couch, put up a flat screen TV with a slideshow and handed out cookies and drank hot chocolate. They didn't even mention registering, we just had a nice chat. They get such great funding^^

I usually go to bed around 12 during school days because it gives me at least 6 or 7 hours of sleep (depending on the days).
....but since I live on the West coast everybody here goes night night while I'm still on. ;___;
