Wow, the backlash over the price of downloadable songs for GHII on XBL has been amazing! I havent seen the internet in such an uproar in a while!
The post where Major Nelson revealed the pricing in his blog has over 470 comments so far, and its been up only twelve hours or so.
A petition was created, posted on Digg.com, and so far it has nearly 3000 signatures.
At the official GHII forums, every topic save one was locked by a moderator, trying to restrain order after so many visitors signed up, and started topics that the entire site was crashing.
Good job soldiers! Vote with your blogs! Vote with your wallets! Dont let them nickel and dime us to death! I always knew theyd try to abuse the microtransactions on XBL.
Now, they see the consequences. twisted
