...my opponent seems to be charging an attack. Yet has no concept of 'order of events'.
If you're fighting a Naruto ripoff and you punch him in the neck while he's doing his hand seals, does he still get credit for doing all of them before attempting to block your attack?

Depends. I lived in Maryland for a couple years before coming back to AZ, and I can't honestly say that a lot happens around here.
Though there's the dry heat. I hated the humidity over there.

Yeah. I'd get out of the shower and just stand in front of a fan for half an hour, only to still be swimming in my clothes the moment I stepped outside.
I've known a couple people from Michigan, but I don't know if it's the big-city kind of place. Is it more like Indiana or more like...I dunno. Chicago?
