Actually, only physical trama where a lot of pain is endured like a severe burn would result in an Ulcer. Also, to die of an Ulcer you would have to have a gastrointestinal hemorrhage and then elect to not have emergency surgery. At that point, it becomes fatal.

I know, but the doctor says that the more Necro learns, the more he loses his motor skills and he needs those to walk and wrestle.
